I was given an offer of $6000 balance transfer. I took them up on it. Person I spoke with neglected to mention that the 1.99 % fee would be added to the $6000, making me over the limit on the card, which they promptly reported to the credit bureaus, lowering my score by 40 points. They are just as bad as bank of the west.... read full comment

These people are horrible and don't know what they're doing. They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. they have messed me up with extra fees and never fixed it. SAVE YOURSELF!!!
