Family owned and run for 30 years. Fernando is the mechanic I want to work on my car for the rest of my life. Called LA my home for nearly 40 Yeats. I found Crown Auto through a friend. I have never trusted any mechanic as I do for Fernando. He does the job and more. He has a great staff of professionals who know their jobs and have worked for Fernando for as long as they have been operating. Quality work and service. I will recommend Crown Auto to all who are looking for automobile repairs. You will not regret this choice. Thank you Fernando and Crown Auto for keeping my car alive and running like new. I brought my car here to fix a window that got stuck. While here, I decided to also get my side skirt fixed and broken driver seat arm replaced. I told the owner to take a look at the side because I was told it was being held up by a double sided tape and to let me know if it needed repair. I also asked him to replace my broken arm rest. He convinced me that he could repair the arm rest and charged me $171 for both of these repairs.When I went to pick up my car, I was shocked to see my side skirt was still lifting on the edges, dusty with no signs of finger marks and appeared to look as it it hadn't even been touched. The arm rest was glued together with super glue lol and looked so hideous. I asked the owner what was done to my car and he said he placed a couple bolts to both of these repairs. I was not satisfied, both jobs looked so bad. He instantly felt bad and asked me to return a few weeks later and said he will order the arm rest and replace it for me and fix the side skirt to look better. I made the appointment, called the night before to confirm and showed up to my appointment on time. Only to find the owner extremely frazzled and started yelling at me because some of his guys called off last minute and he did not have the time to fix my car. He also acted like he had no idea of what I was talking about. I stood my ground and called him out on his unprofessionalism and he apologized for yelling at me. I agreed to give him more time and he said he will have my car fixed and ready for pick up in the afternoon. When I came to pick up my car, he informed me that the part he ordered was the wrong side (passenger's side) so he took the liberty to replace my passenger side armrest free of charge. The side skirt was still untouched. Granted, I had ubered to my appointment 4x at this point (back and fourth) and have spent $60 on Uber alone. He said he would reorder the correct arm rest and have it ready in a couple of weeks. I called back several times and each time, they said it was on back order and each time they said they would give me a call when it arrived. This was in mid June and it is now end of October. I do not recommend this shop. They're unreliable and they over charge for super glue. Please stay away from this shop. You could probably do a better job at home for free.

I was referred to Crown by someone I trust. They had informed me that Crown is a family business and shared a situation in which Fernando refunded some money because the repair was less than expected. They also shared of good service. They we're not wrong! Fernando was kind and friendly. He was able to repair my vehicle, which two other places weren't able too do. To top it, my vehicle was washed, vacuumed, and tires Armor All'd. If you're looking for quality service and a place you can trust, Crown is the place.

Found this place, only place to take your car without paying a crazy diagnostic fee. They will take a look and call you to let you know the cost and time it takes to repair. Going now to pick up my car.WOW!! They even washed it and cleaned the interior. Thank you!Paid $560 to have 2 solenoids replaced. Intake and exhaust solenoids.Thank you Crown Auto. If you can get in for a diagnostic, then ur good to go!!
