This review is specifically for David G. , the pharmacist. The cvs website had an error and allowed me to make appointment for a covid vaccine when the pharmacy was supposed to have a break for the pharmacist at the same time. I had purposely selected the time as it was the only one that worked for me. He was still able to accomodate administering the vaccine for me even though he was supposed to be on break. I greatly appreciate him taking the time as he didn't have to do this.

This location is genuinely the worst pharmacy I have EVER used. The communication and lack of care for customer service is astonishing. The main pharmacist, who is an older man, has an incredibly bad attitude and then tried to play it off as being understaffed once he was caught lying by another CVS location whom I had on the phone.

Not good CVS! Own up your mistake!!! If the price on the shelf isn't showing the same in the register, you have to honor what you posted. Arguing about it won't pacify nor satisfy clients. Bait and switch? Or not truth in advertising? With Walgreens, immediately they'll accept and recognize their mistake and adjust it so that client will leave the store happy. Not the case with the CVS manager of 1026 S. Broadway, Los Angeles at 12:50 15 Aug 2023

Love this location. It’s clean, with self checkout, and they don’t have 80% of their products locked up. Staff is always more than helpful, and the cashiers are friendly. Best CVS in this part of town.

I will never visit again. I visited to pick up my online order, parked at the CVS parking lot and received a validation. But the validation didn't work. So I went back to the store and asked for a new validation, but the employee said that the machine usually breaks down, so I have to press the call button and waited for someone to come.I pressed the call button several times, but no one came to help, and in the end I had to pay $15 to leave. Worst Store! I won't go again!

Prescriptions always take soooo long to get even when there isn’t a long line. Hard to get in touch with the pharmacy over the phone and cancels medication delivery orders without a phone call. Would recommend the Target CVS nearby or on on 800 Grand instead.

Pulled up at 9:55pm, was denied access. The hours of operation specifically state they close at 10pm. Change your hours if customers are not allowed in at 9:55pm.

I've been meaning to write a review about this cvs location months ago. Luckily I held off until today because it would not have gotten 5 stars. Previously I felt like the security guards were always following you around the store and the staff weren't as helpful. Today was the complete opposite. The security guard greeted me as I walked in and as I walked out. This never happened before. The security used to just stare at you and make you feel uncomfortable. This security guard was very pleasant and did not make me feel uncomfortable at all. The staff were very helpful today. I asked for the location of a product and they pointed me in the right direction. I couldn't locate the item so one of the staff members walked over and helped me out. He was very friendly and kept a smile on his face. This happened today, 3/10/2023, with the staff on the morning shift around 7:45am (just in case the manager wants to recognize them for great customer service). I'm sorry I didn't get their names.

Just had a dog lunge at my leg at the checkout and try to bite me. When I told the lady to get control of her dog. The cashier screamed at me to get control of myself. I told her it had just tried to bite me the cashier said it just learning. God knows what that means. She then screamed for me to leave HER store. The dog had been aggressive since the moment it entered the store, trying to bite another dog an barking aggressively at people. YET, the cashier chose to tell me to leave the store.

Im in los angeles for work over the next few weeks, and need my medication I take daily filled.the pharmacy refused to refill my prescription because it is a controlled substance, from an out of state prescriber. didnt even attempt to verify my prescription or fill it. the pharmacist said california doesnt allow out of state narcotics to be filled….despite this little law right here saying it does. it is entirely legal for out of state RX’s to be filled, even if written from an out of state prescriber in california and los angeles.should’ve just told the truth that their lazy pharmacists making excuses to avoid doing their jobs. no surprise why the lines are always so long here.
