A strange lady by the name of Evelyn asked my daughter if she was medicated after she got robbed multiple times during her time in Los Angeles and most recently, attacked.Not only is that kind of attitude unprofessional, but there are dire consequences for the cruel treatment of my daughter that was purely unwarranted.I understand California is not as friendly as New York but I cannot even begin to fathom what my daughter had to go through while figuring out how to live in Los Angeles alone. I’ll pray for the folks who work here because they seem mean and sound like bad news. We don’t do that kind of stuff over here in the East coast. Best of luck to them, though.

The guy working at the register tonight, 2/12/24 (around 7pm), could use some brush up training on basic customer service. When entering the store, I was told I couldn’t use the rolling baskets when there was no other option set out. It was literally the only basket available. Why is it out for anyone to grab if you can’t use it? He was also in such a rush to throw my purchased items in my bags that a toddler could have organized them better. He then asked how I wanted to pay by going down the list of options and added “or whatever, I don’t know” at the end. After I felt this dismissive energy, I made a remark about the lack of basic customer service. He then asks me if I needed more bags after he couldn’t have been more ready to be done with me. Make it make sense and please do better. I’m sure he was tired from working all day, but hell, I am too.

They don’t answer the phone. ☎️ GET BETTER PHARMACY HOURS. They are never open when you need them.

Just because they except your prescription… doesn’t mean you’ll receive it. They have a very limited amount of most things. They will accept orders to fill 10 orders but really they only have enough to fill / dispense to 2 or 3 people.Then when you question they act like it’s your fault and turn the blame on you? Then they will tell you they sent it back?!?Sorry back to where? Then they say you don’t have anything in the system?!Why and how they play game with sick people is NOT RIGHT!!!!

The store was a super crowded but working with Abel made the transaction feel less overwhelming. He was patient throughout the process even when my purchase needed a little more attention to detail. He was kind and seemed calm under the pressure. Shoutout to Abel for his superb customer service.I rate this place 4 stars because the security makes me so uncomfortable. I have multiple weird interactions with the guards and they always make me feel like I’m doing something wrong when I’m not. I can’t shop in peace and they’re sort of rude.Overall I like CVS but feel like they have the wrong people in security positions.

Tried to call about filling a prescription, the woman on the phone didn't even allow me to finish asking my question before she started answering me (the answer wasn't even for my question since she didn't allow me to finish talking), then she just hung up on me.

I gave feedback to an associate to have larger bags available more frequently. That is because otherwise, something really personal is made public. As I told her. She chose to get offended by my feedback.And the pharmacist claimed to me that she could not fill a prescription based on my insurance's unwillingness to cover it. But I had already told her that I was going to pay out of pocket.

I really hope management is able to read this message. Andrew at the front desk has the worst attitude, even getting to the point of being mad because I asked to use my cvs card credit. I really hope you guys are able to change this behavior as I don’t have the fault he is having a bad day

It was simple to schedule an vaccination appointment for booster and flu. Once I was able to access the app. I let them know I had arrived for my appointment. In no time the pharmacist gave me my shots. In and out in 15 minutes. Not bad. Good experience. Highly recommend site for vaccinations and booster.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Do not use this pharmacy. They are incompetent. They caused us multiple calls to the Dr and three trips to the pharmacy that could have been avoided if they had looked up my daughters name by last name and date of birth instead of just first name. Completely ridiculous and unacceptable. We will be switching pharmacies due to our experience

Customer service is friendly. I came in 08/21 and the young white guy with glasses helped me find what I needed. Cashier was also friendly. Check out was quick and there were enough cashiers for the amount of customers.
