It is the worst company you can use for your orders, they never send you the correct quantities of towels, apart from that, if the customer service is terrible, there is never a manager who can solve it for you, I do not recommend it at all.

This company has been a nightmare, they constantly kept bringing the wrong things and were always missing things as well, and is time to finish my contract and they don't let me do it all the time they give me problem. They had me locked in, If I could I would give them a 0 stars.

This company has been a nightmare, they constantly kept bringing the wrong things and were always missing things as well, we had a contract but ended that once we saw how nonresponsive they were with us, there should be a zero star option, they are overcharging us and did not tell us what the contract was really about, they forgot to mention the 5 year part as well, truly disappointed and furious. I am a market business and we need what we needed but never received, I even tried to renew our contract and they never sent no one to represent them and they did not know what they were doing as well and were not sure of anything.

Worst company ever! When the sales person came to talk to he told me there was going to be NO contract, that I could cancel my service anytime that I want, they just told to sign a form just stating the basic agreement of the service. When I want to cancel my service they told that what I sign was actually a contract and the only way to cancel my service was to buy my way out which was $3000. I told them I couldn’t pay that because my business was really slow after COVID, but they didn’t bother to hear or help. Not to mention their products were really horrible

Domestic Uniform is the worst company i have ever worked with. I have used 3 other companies at other business in the past that are far better. Domestic locks you into a 5-year contract 60 days before your original contact is up, if you do not send a certified letter to cancel service before that. Customer service is horrible, and I feel threatened if I were to cancel. Even their own drivers say they are horrible to work for and are quitting constantly and our bill has doubled in the past 4 years for the same service.

Worst experience ever can't get a hold of no manager and seems like everyone is busy all the time I call just to get a hold of some one that handles my contract , mark c please contact me. Ripped mats and and unmatch uniforms.

I just got finished buying my way out of a contract with this company. It cost me $5000. Would it interest anyone that this company is owned by a group of lawyers that just happen to own a uniform service? This, without a doubt, is the worst experience I have ever had with any business in 39 years. Almost immediately my bill started having items being charged for in addition to what the contract stated. There were even charges for things like hand soap that I never even received. When I made my concerns known they just simply did not address them. I now know that once I had signed their "predatory" contract they had no need to respond. They had me locked in. I did see one positive review posted. You will notice they stated that they had just began service. I will be interested to see how they feel in a couple of months. My experience with this company would reveal that any dealings with this company will not be pleasant. I would like to accept some blame here. I signed a contract without really looking at it. Thank You for the lesson in life Domestic.

I worked with Domestic Uniform for about 10 years and decided to switch to another company since my contract with Domestic expired and Aramark offered to me a cheaper deal. So I signed up... It appeared to be such a fraud company, for four months I couldn't get the right size and quality uniform for the employees, everything went wrong with Aramark. So after another research, I've decided to go back to Domestic. I really have to pay a compliment to the staff members and in particular to Matthew who welcomed me back and who's professional integrity is impeccable. The manager Jose was very helpful and understanding, so my business wouldn't suffer more than it already did because of Aramark professionalism. I really recommend you all to stick with the reliable company like Domestic Uniform! The Company you really can trust! A+++

Jason Campbell is the worst service manager ever and stated that he will play games to make sure we stay in our contract he has made it a point to assure us that they are not only incapable of quality service they just won’t provide it unless it’s going to terminate the contract! I have to say this has been such an unpleasant experience I will make sure I share my horrible review with the world

Horrible services. Say it's a contract only for a certain period and then you're locked with them for many more! Have signatures stating my contract would end in 2022, but they somehow want more out of it. Company is a scam. Don't do business with con artists! On top of that, services is out right Horrible but they expect you to stay with them. Never again!

Domestic has the most deceptive Contract in the business.1. An initial 32 month contract automatically and perpetually renews for 60 months (5 years).2. The only valid time to end this automatic renewal is during the first 6 months of the 5th year.3. Six months before the end of the 60 month term is too late to cancel the automatic renewal which is for an additional 60 month (5 year) term.4. After cancelling the automatic renewal in writing via certified letter, the contract CONTINUES month-to-month until terminated. Full service termination requires an additional certified letter.Deliberately this company has put the worst Contract terms on the page which appears AFTER the signature page. My experience with this company has been the worst.i was with with them for a few years, and never did they bother to offer new uniforms, when i called to set a meeting for new uniforms they sent someone that clearly wasn't happy with his job had a terrible attitude never resolved anything.in conclusion bad service.oh and their so called agreement... don't believe that. they will lock you in a contract if you dont mail a letter to terminate your 2 year agreement (contract) if you try to end that they will file a law suit for the full five years to which you haven't even received service for. please read all the terms before signing anything with them. personally i will never do business with this company ever again.

Domestic has the most deceptive contract in the business which automatically renews perpetually at 60 month terms and includes termination provisions to pay 50% of the gross anticipated receipts for the remaining term. They clearly very deliberately put the worst terms on the second page which is actually AFTER the signature page which is like no other contract we've ever signed before.
