Don’s auto repair is a great place to take your vehicle. I found them online due to the mostly positive reviews made an appointment for my car VW Touareg and my daughters vehicle A Jeep Wrangler, just need an oil change and tires for my car. I found them to be very professional, and efficient. They were honest about our tires and whether they needed replacement. I know a bit about cars and would recommend them to a friend. They are very reasonable with their pricing.

They’re amazing! Unfortunately I bought a used car with a lot of issues, and took it to a bunch of terrible shops until I found Don’s. I’ve been to so many other mechanics who tried to oversell me on stuff or take advantage of me knowing very little about cars, and nothing like that ever happens here. I come here a lot and they’re always super fast and give me rides to and from the shop. They’re also really nice and take time to explain in detail what’s going on with your car, and why. Definitely recommend!

This is a great place of business. Chris and his colleagues are friendly and professional. Routine oil changes here are a breeze, from booking an appointment to the quality and timeliness of the labor. I never feel pressured to do anything with my vehicle I’m not comfortable with. Chris has taken the time to discuss the technical side of maintenance with me and show me first hand the work they’ll be preforming. I honestly feel great giving Don’s my business.

Don’s Auto helped me out in a pinch. On my way back to Murrieta from a wedding in Westlake Village, I ran over a ladder in the carpool lane, which I was not able to avoid without causing an accident. When running through the ladder the driveshaft dampener separated from the rear driveshaft. I needed to drop the driveshaft to get the dampener off, but I did not have the tools to perform the task. I found Don’s through an internet search and headed over. Cars were stacked up in the parking lot and they were obviously busy. I talked to Chris at the counter, explained my situation and he said he would see if they could look. 10 minutes later they cleared a spot in their parking lot and started on my truck, which took them approximately 15 minutes to complete. I was on my way within in an hour of the incident.In addition, I went into the office to pay and Chris said there is no charge. I wanted to pay for their services, helping me out in a pinch and pled my case to let me pay. However, Chris insisted that the job didn’t take long, and they were happy to help me get back on the road.From my experience, Don’s is an honest, helpful, and ethical auto shop. This shop is a little gem in LA.

These are my guys, especially Stacey. I never had a mechanic who called and explained everything to me so clearly. Prices are super on point and they can always work with your schedule (have done after hours pickup etc). If they're busy you can usually drop off your car end of the day so they can get to it the next day. They feel like a small-town/local mechanic but in the middle of Hollywood. Take my car into them for everything and recommend them to everyone who asks.

I needed my battery replaced for my 08 Honda civic hybrid and the shop owner was able to do it in 10 mins, in and out as quick as possible! $185 with warranty. Ive come to his shop before to get any maintenance done on my Honda, always gives the best deal! Awesome customer service, communicative, friendly, and time efficient!

I had a complicated issue with the audio navigation of my New 2019 Highlander hybrid limited platinum that I brought from SF Toyota. Issue was not a straightforward issue (audio prompts of navigation random in nature working on & off randomly) & they took care of it in best possible way. Eugenio, Adrian, & Bing team are a 5-star professional team Highly knowledgeable, highly courteous, highly professional. Eugenio even got me a rental in no time & fixed the issue in 24 hrs working with his manager Bing & was most understanding.

San Francisco Toyota is the best. Tony Wong is always helpful and honest. The service is quick and quality. I have not had a single issue. The waiting room is clean and they provide free WiFi and coffee. Perfect to sit and wait while your car gets worked on.
