Don't go here. The customer service is terrible. Don't put up with terrible customer service when there are so many better options around. You're welcome in advance.

I came 45 minutes before they close and they didn't want to fix a flat tire (it wasn't flat out, 26 psi), because they already cleaned the shop.

I do not write reviews unless they are 5 stars…therefore I do not write very many.On the road with my family and I got a flat. Carl at the front desk was very attentive. He got my car in, inspected the tire, and as it turned out I needed a new one. The entire experience took less than an hour.Tire prices are tire prices. Nothing we can do about that. The service itself was top notch. The office was clean, even the restrooms. It was unfortunate that I got a flat wile on a mini vacation , but it was a blessing being near this particular tire shop. Thanks so much!

They quoted me $460 for a Bridgestone Alenza 235/55/r19 105t on 11/9/23. Costco quoted me $285 for the same wheel. It’s $305 at American Tire Co.They also charge the most for tire patch jobs in the area. It’s free at ATC, $20 for non-members at Costco, $50 at Just Tires on Beverly.

I see a lot of negative reviews here but not this one -- I had a flat tire last night, brought the car into the shop this morning, and Dasiah behind the counter made sure everything was good to go within an hour. Perfect service.

Had AAA jump my car before work. I booked an appointment at 6 pm to get my battery changed. Hoped I have enough energy in it to start later. Called AAA again when it didn't start. Went to Just Tires after 2nd jump.Walked in the door. Hello, I'm here for a battery change. I have an appointment for 6 pm." We don't have no battery. "I made an appointment." You made an appointment for a battery check. We don't have no battery. We gotta order it, and we close at 7."Ah, okay. Thanks."So I called AAA to have them come change my battery. 3 AAA service calls and 350 for the battery change. And, the only thing I'm upset about is the response from and service at Just Tires. This place shouldn't even be open for business.

My visit could have gone better. I saw online that I could come in for a free consultation, so when I arrived I asked for a diagnostic. The service professional asked me what was going on, so I told him that my tire pressure light had gone on and I had filled my tires with air, and the light was still on. I was worried that there was a nail or something else in my tire creating a slow leak and that it would be better to get it patched right away, rather than driving on it.The service rep told me there were three possible reasons, 1 that there wasn't enough air in the tires, 2 that there was too much air in the tires, or 3 that the light sensor needed to be adjusted.Since every time this is ever happened to me in the past I've actually had some object in my tire that eventually caused a flat, I explained that I wanted someone to look at my tires because I couldn't see any objects and that were in them, so someone would need to put it up on the thing and look at them from underneath. He told me that I had asked for a diagnostic, and that he'd given that to me. But giving me three possible options is not giving me a diagnosis.I asked him if there was a reason why he didn't want to have someone look at my tires, and he said no, why would he want that? We just weren't on the same wavelength, and I had a hard time hearing him because he was soft-spoken and reserved and also wearing a mask.So once again I asked if they could please look at my tires and make sure there was nothing in them damaging them. He explained what the cost would be if they needed to patch or that they would let me know if it was something more serious. The wait was going to be about an hour, so I left to get something to eat at a nearby cafe. A little over an hour later, the service reps called to tell me that my car was ready.I asked if they found anything, and he said no. Nothing? I asked. He said that my tire pressure light had to be reset, and that there was too much air in my tires.I actually had no idea that I had to manually reset my tire pressure light on this car. I've had it for 4 years, but the tire pressure light has never come on. Any other car I've ever driven, when the tire pressure light comes on, it's either because I have a flat or a nail. Or, the tire pressure light simply resets itself once I add more air to the tires and drive a bitWhen I came back to retrieve my car, I told the service rep that I hadn't known that that was something I had to do, and he said, I tried to tell you, but you wouldn't let me finish. Okay, I guess that's my fault, but to be honest, he never asked me if I had reset the tire pressure light. It only asked me if the light was still on.Anyway, not a big deal, and I'm sure he did everything by the book, but it was very awkward, and I kept feeling like I was insulting him or wasting his time for being a bother or being stupid. And by the end I kept apologizing. I asked how I can reset the tire pressure light by myself so I don't have to bother him again. He said, it's no bother, but then he didn't really tell me how to do it, he just told me there's a button on the dash.Back at my car, of course now I see the button and I guess I know what to do with it (if I remember next time). But this interaction doesn't really make me want to go back there.

Always helpful but sometimes too busy to get work done timely. However the follow up is reliable. They even check tire pressure on tires not sold by it.

This location does not do oil changes! I made an appointment online for new tires (with rebates) and an oil change (which I need very badly). I arranged my day to be without a car, showed up at 8am, and am told nonchalantly that "we don't do oil changes here." I say that I scheduled an appt and the response, again, was "we don't do oil changes here." There was no "sorry about that," no "we will have to look into that so it doesn't happen again," no nothing except "we don't do that here and never have." Then, as I am wanting to make sure that the tire quote was correct, the person behind the counter kept quoting me the price with all the added fees and I said I wanted to know what the price was before the fees so that I could make sure I was getting the proper price. We went back and forth a few times and I finally had to hand him my phone so he could see the price. This was a very frustrating experience, didn't seem like they care here, and it's too bad. I have lived in the area most of my life and have gone to this location many times over the years. I love supporting local shops, but won't be coming back.Adding after reading their response: I said nothing about travel plans or waiting. See? They don't listen.

This place is a joke. Unfriendly and unprofessional. I walked in the door, and the lady at the desk just stared at me as if i was stupid for walking in. Finally she acknowledged me as asked what i needed. I said all i need is a patch job and she says its goi g to be 45 fo 1 hour wait. For a simple patch job??? And they she says btw its 45 dollars. Robbery. I drove down the street, and some guy did the job in 15 min for 20 dollars. Go figure.

They need to change to name to "Just Thieves". I had a flat and, of course, they could not repair it and I "needed new tires" . I shelled out close to $3k. OUCH! I brought the car back for a rotation 5k miles later, and after inspection they told me I "needed new tires". Evidently two of the "new tires" they sold me had worn out already, without explanation. Obviously they sold me "new" tires and then put two of the old ones back on my car and I didn;t notice. DO NOT COME HERE!

I’m not sure why but everyone at this location is extremely mean. If you don’t believe me just walk in and ask any person a simple question or try to get them to help you. They will look at you like they want to fight you. The tall goofy Mexican guy is the worst one of all. Don’t get me wrong, though they are all equally mean. The short, Hispanic man is the only one that’s not mean but he seems to be intimidated by everyone else that works there. Weird vibes
