They’re not super concerned about customer satisfaction, but they're absolutely happy to take your money. I am extremely skeptical of reading these positive reviews. I really have a hard time believing that anyone could have a positive experience with this team. They outsource everything. They don't have a creative bone in their body. They're just salespeople. Avoid them and take your money somewhere else.

Where do I begin? First of all, the company was recently sold, so all the good reviews you're seeing are from the previous owner. For me, this place has been an absolute nightmare. Most of their staff know little to nothing about marketing. They mishandled my budgets and completely overspent on platforms without telling me. They offered services in the contract that were never fulfilled and on top of it all, they refused to take any accountability for any of it or offer some type of credit for the mismanagement of funds. Please, please, please stay away. I promise you, as someone who has over a decade of exp in marketing, these people are scam artists. Their VP of clients will sell you on it all and deliver on nothing. And on top of it tell you it's your issue and up to you to figure out. Just grotesquely disgusting treatment with a smile on his face. They're so out of touch. Honestly, it feels like I walked into hell. I hope you don't do the same.

I hired Kobe to write content for, redesign, and redevelop our ecommerce website.Kobe provided one, initial meeting with a few people who I did not work with again. Work was begun on the project by the content writer, who began describing the design in his content, which was posted page by page on Monday (.com), which does not have revision or reviewing functionality. Kobe refused to begin the project with (industry-standard) wireframes, which would have provided a simple understanding of the two types of pages and messaging placement to both my team and theirs. Kobe next provided designs, via pdfs in email (i.e. no easy reviewing capability), that looked like simple template websites with no brand feel, according to many laypersons and professional web designers (and me too of course). At this point, with less than half of the work done, I cancelled the project.Kobe unethically did not refund the portion (half) of the project cost for which they did no work.
