She made a couple of calls to help troubleshoot my phone. AIYANNA also helped and between the both of them, my phone was fixed! They both ROCK AT THIS METRO BY T-MOBILE SHOP ON VALLEY BLVD!!

First off I actually like the service metro by tmobile has now, the rep in store did not offer me the 2nd free galaxy phone and did not bother to mention it for the price I paid (109$) for 1line and had the cash to cover the 2nd. I was told I had to pay for premium insurance just to get the galaxy j7 star for free (10$) extra I paid for the promotion to get both phones free but sadly that wasn't case. Was also told that the hotspot plan would throttle a bit to 3g speeds after hitting my hotspot allotment of15 GB,that wasn't close to the facts just shy of a month of service hotspot is gone and the online customer care rep informed me about the reality of the plans and the promotion that I should have received(which I didn't) now to add a line I'm stuck paying for a new phone plus the line cost and the rep offered to waive to activation fee for me but I paid enough to cover both lines initially and can't get help from them because it's too late for the deal.. so again I'm not posted at the service because online customers care reps were very helpful compared to the guy lying to my face. Next month I will be paying 90$plus the full price of a galaxy I should have gotten free

Terrible service!!! I purchased a memory card with more storage and noticed my phone was freezing, shutting off and blacking out my pictures and videos. I went to the store a few times and was told it was not the memory card and it was my phone. I believed the rep and threw the receipt away as she kept assuring me it was not the memory card but my phone was defective. I purchased another phone using the same memory card and have the exact same issues. I went to the corporate store in Whittier and the rep there stated my phone was fine but the memory card was defective and had to return to the store where it was purchased. I went back to the store and they are now refusing to exchange my memory card because I no longer have the receipt after their rep told me over and over my memory card is fine its my phone that defective. Ive lost so many photos and videos and now Im stuck with a new phone I didn't need to buy with the same issues. Convincing customers their phone is bad instead of the memory card because they make more money that way. Negative stars should be an option #ShadyBusiness

Was highly recommended from a good friend to come visit Bryan to open new service with MetroPCS. Bryan was extremely professional and courteous. Activated 2 iPhones and price was noticeably cheaper than the other Metro PCS stores! Bryan was nice enough to throw in couple car chargers for free! Highly recommend!

This is my go to store for all my cell phone needs. 6 months ago I transferred over from Sprint to Metro PCS and it's been great and now in February I went ahead and upgraded to an iPhone they gave me a great deal this is a place to come if you're looking to get a great deal and the best customer service. Special thanks to Bryan and Kimberly for all the gifts.

Best customer service ever! Brian and Kim were extremely friendly! Answered all my questions and got me out of there quick! Just got my kids some new phones for Christmas and they even let me spin the wheel to get some type of discount! I ended up getting 30% of my purchase
