Their Sales Team promised me that they would make sure the Service department sent the part needed within a few days. They indeed upheld their end of the bargain. Got the part installed and now the treadmill is back in working condition. Docking one star for the hassle I had to endure.

MY treadmill had been down for at least 5 months. Finally got in contact with a technician to come look at it he said it was the console display. I called New life and spoke with Junior and he told me that was incorrect it just need to be reset. He was right thank you again now it is work again!

Misael and Leo were extremely polite and accommodating. My treadmill wouldn’t fit through my door and they were patient in this rainy weather while I upgraded service. I wish they had asked the size of my door during purchase so we wouldn’t have wasted time but from purchase to set up, everything was smooth.
