Spent $111.00 and asked for help to replace my expensive wipers! I asked the cashier for help and she made a comment like she was laughing at me that I couldn't replace windshield wipers. She said go outside I'll send someone! Waited outside for like 15 mins. The cashier wouldn't ask me if I still needed help so I told her where's the employee that suppose to help me! She said we are busy ok I'll wait outside waited another 1/2 hour no one came had to look at you tube to replace my wipers should have done that since the get go. You want horrible service you definitely need to go there???????

Worst store u can come to tons of employees all to do something else 1 person help desk cashier and answering the phone employees just passing by and just looking at us customers

Great people/workers. They are ready to help anyone out, in anyway way once you have stepped foot inside the door. I bought anti-freeze and the workers all scrambled trying to help me and put the anti-freeze in my spare reserve tank.

it was the worst service i ever had i call first to make Shure the part is there they put me on hold for about 30min finally i hang up the phone and call back i argue withe manager i forget his name he tells me they only have one wheel hub that's all i need i get there now he says no one called sorry for the inconvenience today's date is Tuesday March 28, 2023

Rude workers and bad customer service don't waste your time go to autozone were they are best at autoparts and service!! They enjoy helping rather than turning you down for no reason not helpfull at all, useless individuals & just want easy money at work .

Bad customer service. I called in advance to order an OEM sensor I saw online. They told me they'd have it in by 2:05pm... When I show up, they show me an after market sensor and tell me it's better because it has lifetime warranty and cost less... I had to walk out empty handed. If you don't have the part just say so. This is why they wish they were autozone so bad.
