Do not get a battery from here with a warranty that if your battery goes bad and you take it here and they say it’s good and then next day battery goes bad again I called back to tell them they said if we say it’s good the will not give me another AAA was called and said battery no good I will not ever get a warranty here again

On Jan 10th I went in to change my battery Steve helped me out but was rude and didn't want to replace the battery and kept saying no to me and would walk away to the back and left his coworker alone then Frank stepped in and honestly was more professional about his job and offered to change it no questions asked and I was out in less than 10 min thanks to Frank !!

I had someone tell me my brake lights were out at a light so I went to O'Reilly's for new brake lights. Their associate Frank came out to my car and helped me. He helped me determine which lights were out and even helped me fix them. A+ service. Thank you!

I went in this morning. The customer service was TERRIBLE! When asking staff for assistance i was given nothing but attitude. Store was completely empty with customers. I understand poor customer service when the business is busy, it wasn't busy at all. When asking for assistance again lady in front looked and proceeded to get on the phone and talk....i asked another staff and anytime asking the staff in this location a question, they would have an attitude or roll their eyes....please DO NOT GO HERE! Please fire all staff and get new staff with better working abilities and better attitudes. I ended up going to Auto Zone, where I received the best customer service. Staff actually took time out there day to communicate and actually help me with my needs
