Great spot ! Kind of a hidden gem, the pastries are next level good. I ordered the pumpkin croissant and it was moist, flaky and so good. Also got a latte which is hard to beat at this price, also good. They have a couple unique lattes and pastry options a few seats inside and the service was fast and friendly. Recommend stopping by

Re-discovered this place today after forgetting about it for at least a year. Cute, quiet, coffee-forward coffee shop with a small selection of house-made pastries, have only tried the croissant but it was really good and super fresh tasting. Coffee itself was exceptional.

It's welcome to see a great old time coffee barista. Owner-operator Taka keeps patrons satisfied with strong coffee, or coffee to taste. If I could rate it 10 stars, I would. I recommend buying the beans as they are roasted and / or blended by the proprietor.Parking: The parking is both tough to get into based on the busy street and limited in availability.

Fantastic little café with great music, coffee and teas, pastries made in house. Sublime. I will be back and back.

Slim selection of pastries for a place that considers themselves a pastry place and the staff are not that friendly. I really wanted to like this place, but sadly was let down.

Came for the good reviews but honestly it was not anything special and the croissant was cold and hard to eat

out of town and have been visiting a bunch of coffee shops this week while in LA and this place was definitely on top. The espresso was incredible and the shop itself was very comforting. The barista was very helpful and kind. I will definitely be coming back when I visit even if it's out of the way!

Stumbled on this coffee shop on a recent trip to LA and was blown away by the delicious made in house pastries (try the almond croissant!) and the professional courteous manner of the employees. Not a ton of seating inside or out but was excellent for grab and go coffee and pastry. Went back multiple days because it was so great!

Perfection. Every time. Croissants are always sold out, so we haven't been able to try the food here, but I take that as a sign that they must be excellent! I have had a few different tea lattes that were so yummy. My boyfriend recently got the Kyoto cold brew and it was so smooth and tasty. The barista (who I think is the owner) is so nice, too! Very reasonably priced, too. Will come back every time I'm in the neighborhood!

I came for a matcha latte and left with a matcha latte, but I really wish I had come earlier in the day because I saw some of the pastry pictures on Yelp and they look amazing! It's a cute little shop, not super ideal for working or studying, but it's a nice local meeting spot. I'll be back to try some of the matcha pastries soon!

My husband and I stumbled upon Paradocs when we visited LA. The iced chai was so good I teared up. My husband loved his coffee and the croissants were incredible.

The coffee, the pastries - unmatched. Single worker up front. Your hard work and dedication to the craft does not go unnoticed!

Really yummy lattes and pastries. The shops itself is very charming. I sat and read for a while, and there were a lot of regulars who came in and knew the owner, and he knew their usual orders :) It's a very friendly atmosphere
