I don’t recommend this place. I had a terrible experience with the owner today. I got a piece of wood to use as a tabletop lid, but it doesn’t fit properly—it’s about 2 cm too small, even though the table measures exactly 21”. I’ve had similar pieces made before, and they fit perfectly.
When I tried to discuss the issue with the owner, she was rude, gave me attitude, and walked away. I decided to speak directly with the carpenter to figure out what might be causing the problem and whether I needed to order another piece. But before I could get any help, the owner sent someone to tell the carpenter not to speak with me or anyone else. This level of hostility and unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially when wood is so expensive here.
This is what happens when people inherit their parents’ businesses. They have no idea how to treat customers and no sense of professionalism. Instead of helping me resolve a simple issue, the owner was rude, dismissive, and even went so far as to prevent the carpenter from speaking with me. Avoid this place if you value good service

I recently broke the glass on my slider window in my apartment. I brought in the window frame just to get it measured. They not only measured it but they cut the glass and placed the glass in the frame for me. FULL WINDOW REPAIR 🙏🏽 Super affordable place, they have parking and the workers are very helpful. Will definitely be back!

If you’re on the hunt for older items, you must visit this place. I visited Home Depot to purchase hinges for my kitchen cabinets, and an employee there recommended this hidden gem. Coincidentally, I found the exact same hinges here!

I was in a serious pinch, flat tire in a rental car without a spare and Hertz wanted to charge me for the tow AND a new tire if they were to help My regular roadside assistance could tow me to a tire shop for free, but any place would have been closed an hour before they'd even get to me Target was out of plug kits and 7th & Union was the only place for miles that might have what I needed I called, they had a plug kit, but I was 10 blocks away and they were closing in 12 minutes They said they'd already counted the register and were shutting down. I told them I would jog. They said they'd wait. But got there with 4 minutes to spare and they tossed me a free water for my troubles. Their compassion saved me a couple hundred bucks and/or 3-4 hours of headaches THANKS!

Needed to replace a piece of glass for a cabinet door and they quick, affordable and even secured it so it was less likely to break and took it to the car! Excellent customer service. I will be returning to get other shelving cut as well!

They are either shut down or I don't know what's going on. Phone lines are disconnected, last two times I've passed by during business hours it's been closed. Can't get my cabinets I ordered.
