I get you want to close on time. But why give costumers who show up just before the closing time, a bad attitude about it? Management should be aware of this and perhaps retrain the employees about manners.
Service is sooooo slow. If you want to be late to work, come and wait in the drive thru line for the 20 mins. Then get to the window had to wait another 5 mins. Annoying, Nothing but turtles and snails working.
They took all the electricity out of this place and there’s no warning BEFORE you buy your coffee! I get that you need to deal with long-term moochers but a heads up would have been great.
I accidentally ordered the wrong drink on the app and the workers had no problem replacing my drink free of charge. This is what I love most about Starbucks is the great customer service and this is why I will always come back.
