Great salesmen very knowledgeable and courteous. The whole process went very smooth right down to the financing. Answered all my questions and helped this old guy out with all the new technology. I would recommend Sunrise Ford to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Leased my car here and I regret it after having to wait long hold times to speak to a knowledgeable associate. No service managers on sight when i visited and employees are just chit-chatting/walking around. They sold me a $4k warranty on top of my lease buyout and they couldn’t even offer me a loaner car or shuttle ride home. Terrible communication between staff team. The dealership held my car hostage during a cosmetic service appointment and demanded that I pay $40 per day for a rental car. They weren’t even able to tell me how many days it would take and wanted a whole day to diagnose an obvious cosmetic issue that could’ve simply been taken care of with some adhesive. I give 1 star only for the nice cars on display that they have yet to sell. Don’t give them a single penny.

I am exceedingy happy for choosing Sunrise Ford of NOHO. When ordering my new Maverick, every Ford dealer in LA wanted a huge mark- up, not Sunrise of N. Hollywood. All of the staffing is friendly, courteous, and there was no pressure. I would definitely recommend Sunrise Ford if ur in the market. Thank you Sunrise Ford for putting Sunshine into my new Ford Maverick.

Don’t go here they charge so much in taxes, they state lower prices and if they broke it they won’t repair it. The parts manager was arguing throughout a discussion with my husband. We bought a 2018 Ford Explorer used back in June 2021. During under THEIR ownership they replaced the clips (due to a recall) but broke something. They fixed it with double sided tape, my local dealership recognized it because they use it too (the tape). Sunrise Ford sold the Explorer to us as is without informing us. Isn't that illegal? The tape lasted two years and now we have a part we can’t repair ourselves because they broke it (Sunrise Ford) under their ownership. Then they argued and claim, “it’s not our problem.” They don’t want to fix it because two years has passed, but they broke it and didn’t inform us, AND used double sided tape to repair it.Their message cracked us up, “Fully inspect their used cars.” I want to ask that manager in parts, what if this happened to you or a family member? We trusted this dealership but it’s sad because they are no different than any stereotypical used car dealership. They sold us as Warranty and now ALL the Ford Dealerships say your warranty is expired and they say there’s no warranty on your account. Easy come easy go.

Had a great experience at sunrise ford! Bought the maverick, a car that’s high in demand. They work with me and most all there sales person Nick was very professional along the way. He made the car buying easy and was very knowledgeable about the maverick. I told him what I was looking for and he delivered and kept great communication with me. Def will recommend sunrise ford and Nick as a sales rep.

From the moment we walked in, we knew we had made the right choice. Every person we encountered greeted us warmly and was willing to help even if we weren’t their customer. Our salesman was Nick Bonnel and he’s probably the most educated salesman we’ve encountered. And you can tell that it’s not because he’s simply regurgitating what he’s been told. This guy is passionate about what he does and the products he sells. This is definitely your go-to guy for all of your EV questions. We learned SO much from him and actually had fun on our test drive. We got to have some small talk with a lot of the crew during our process and got to know so many of them. Truly honest and genuine team. Their objective is to absolutely work with you and get you into your dream car. I’m so glad we crossed paths with Nick! After being let down by another dealership (Vista), we knew right away that we made the right choice. We’re thrilled to be a part of the north Hollywood family now and are looking forward to many more encounters to come. Thank you SO much, Nick! Staff at the service desk are great. However, their phone service and operator/front desk is horrible.Rarely pick up the phone. will put you on endless holds. Won't answer basic questions and will instead transfer you to someone who will put you on hold for 45 mins. Whoever is working customer service/front desk, either needs to be let go, or needs more training.

Please be aware of the lack of customer service at this dealership. Since the recent sale of this business to Knight Automotive, they have lost the local loyalty from past customers. This was a great dealership that took care of the cars they sold, not anymore. Save your time and money, this dealership is not reliable to provide the service or reliability you expect from Ford. Sadly, Ford Motor Corporation just says the dealership is privately owned and they won't enforce any standard of service.

Today on 10/14/2023 I went to complete paper work to your Ford office in North Hollywood. I was informed to show up in the morning which we did. I started the documentation to buy off the Ford at 10am and didn't leave the place until 2pm when all I need signatures. The person who was suppose to assist me Victor Cornelio. When I asked him how long the process was going to take since I was informed all I needed was signatures. He was rude and dismissive to me. He told me at that it would take another 1.5 hr or so this was around 11:30am. He was unprofessional and chit chatting with a co worker instead of completing the paper work. If he would focus and complete his work I am sure it wouldn't take that long to print documents for us to sign when we had already sent you Ford the check for the vehicle. We left and came to still no documents done and waited an additional 1.5. It is a shame that Ford treats their customers like this and no way did he apologize and I requested for someone else to complete the documents with us. Ford you have an employee who is rude and dismissive. I hope he has consequences for his actions and you make him take some customer service courses. Please take the time re train him because with all the money WE spend at Ford we don't WE deserve better. We will not be purchasing ever again from this dealership and will not recommend to anyone. Before I left I tried communicating with him how unprofessional he is and informed him that I would speak to upper management. He laughed at me and said that nobody will do anything. Do something FORD.

I bought a lovely used car at Sunrise Ford in North Hollywood on Aug. 3, 2023. I bought a 2020 Ford Explorer SEL. I have a 3 month/3000 mile warrantee the covers everything.I have a few issues like the auto foot back hatch opener that doesn't work not matter what you do!I also have oil seeping out of the front passenger seat whenever the car sits in the sun. I asked about the 2-3 second lag time in changing from park to drive to reverse on the circular dial that changes gears. Also, I had to turn off the AC on cold evening and a terrible smell came out and choked me! After telling the Ford representative, Joe, these problems, he said oh, that's strange - like he's never heard this problems before!So I put my car in to be serviced and 3 days later it was still # 11 in the line up to be serviced. He said NO ONE had looked at it yet and it could be the end of the week as they were short on transmission workers!I couldn't do without my car any longer so I asked them to bring it back out to me. When I got it back, there was 1/8th of my tank of gas gone (I filled it up before I took it in). Also my AC was on Full blast and the temp was 60 degrees, when I never have it cooler than 75! AND here were 6 MILES on my odometer as well!When I asked the Ford fellow, Joe, about this he said let me check...When he came back, he had some lame papers attached that said it was seen by a transmission guy and it was cleared! Why did that show up, all of a sudden?I really felt like I was nothing to this dealership. They belittled my concerns and questions. They kept saying - - "Well I don't know what that would be" Like I was making this up! I know a lot about cars for a layman and this did not sit right with me at all!So I spoke with my nephew who sent me a Youtube on changing my cabin air filter, which I will do myself. He also told me that those circular gear changers are pretty slow on all cars that have it! ( Why didn't Joe tell me that? Did they really not know or are they told to not bring that up?) I will keep sopping up the oil coming out of the passage seat and when I have passenger, I will put a towel down for them!I guess I have to live WITHOUT that magic gate opener!This is very shoddy treatment of someone who just spent $40.000 on a used car!!! Shame on you Sunrise Ford. I will not recommend you to anyone!!

My recent experience -- as well as all of my experiences-- with Sunrise Ford was excellent. I feel like I was given the kind of service you only get when you live in a small town and everyone knows you. It's personal, friendly and professional. Mike Faina sold my husband and I a new car and it was such a smooth, painless and truly pleasurable experience. Mike personally walked us through the entire process, from beginning to end, seeing us off with a great big wave when we drove the vehicle off the lot.In addition, when it comes to service, Joe Inglima is one of a kind. He has always treated my company and me with that VIP personal touch as if our needs were of the utmost urgency and importance. He's truly a pleasure to work with and we are all extremely grateful for his attention and assistance.
