Very bad service from Tuneup Masters, I paid for a tuneup service that was not worth it, in this place they are inexperienced and do not take care of customer cars on how to do the proper work. The service that I had received included changing the air filter in the glove box, which my car is brand new and the glove box was still new, but these people don't know how to do their job, so they ended up breaking my glove box and left it to me. useless.
When I looked at what happened, I asked them for a refund of my money and they didn't want to give me anything nor did they help me with anything, the person who worked on my car and ruined it is called (Julio).
I'm just saying if you don't know how to treat customers and how to work on cars you better not waste your time trying to do something you don't know how to do,
Inexperienced People.
If I could I would give them 0 stars.
Everyone who brings their cars here be careful because this address 2925 W Slauson Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90043 and 3001 W Slauson Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90043 are the same, they work together and they don't know how to do the jobs.
IT'S NOT WORTH WASTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS PLACE.

Mr. Ricardo and his crew of technicians are the best. This is the place to bring your car when it needs to be service. The whole team is very courteous and polite and I am a long time customer. I always leave Know that my car has been taken care of properly. Highly recommend this auto shop to all.

This is a mechanics workshop where there are up to 12 very efficient mechanics for everything in the automotive field and also actually good people and very affordable prices and they are sincere in the parts that they tell you they are going to put in, they do.

Rip-off, can't trust!
I called this shop today(12-16-2023) and asked how much it would cost to replace the catalytic converter, for Bank 1.
He told me both should be replaced at the same time 'because when one goes the other follows'.
I informed him the cat for Bank 2 was replaced TWO years ago. This one only went out recently(2023).
He then quoted me a price of $2500 for the part!
I know, for a fact, that part is-at most $1600. However, I've found it as low as $1267!!!
I don't know what's going on with these so-called mechanics looking for opportunities to overcharge customers, but I'm not standing for it.
If you can't feed your families earning money in an honest manner, then GET OUT OF THE BUSINESS.
