The Futon Shop is an excellent place! The staff was wonderful, from a phone call I made to the reception in store- they made the experience very pleasurable, were informative, adaptable and provided great service! The products are really well designed and built- made it extra enticing to go there! If you order online the experience is also very good and the products arrive promptly. I had a wonderful experience at the Futon Shop. Stephanie was able to show me all the possibilities for a futon bed. She was so knowledgeable and friendly that it made the experience quite fun. I got the perfect futon bed-- which has been wonderful for my back! I have just moved to PA and am looking for a futon sofa but cannot find anything as comfortable as the one I tried in LA at the Futon Shop; I wish they delivered to Philadelphia.

I would like to share my experience with the futon shop, Los Angeles. What an easy and pleasant experience this was…….. We purchased two futons for an office and guestroom. We had some questions and Stephanie was absolutely amazing answered all of our questions extremely personable and knowledgeable. She was absolutely amazing. my wife and I were definitely impressed along with the shipping department. Everything went smoothly. I highly recommend the futon shop and if possible I would request Stephanie as your sales person. Thank you so much for all of your help. We really appreciate it.!!!!!

Christopher provided Great customer service! I highly recommend calling to order. If just for the vibes. And I’m looking forward to a bed and pillows that don’t off gas. I’ve struggled for years and years to find a pillow that’s just right. I really like the buckwheat style and so I got wool and buckwheat fill. I’m praying this solves my neck issues!!

They love to sell exchanged mattresses and futons. If you get a sunken lully mattress its because they sell returns. Soo gross

A transformational shopping experience: I went in looking for a futon, I left a changed man with a finer appreciation for the intricacies of the world of organic all-natural bedding. Slight exaggeration aside, I was able to test different futon/mattress types, got amazing help from one of the employees (Stephanie), and got a good deal on a futon and cover that suit my needs. Highly recommended!

Spent $2k and customer service still hasn’t gotten back to me from a month ago. The mattress in the photo is a beautiful tufted cream color—what I received was one that has the word organic written all over it forcing me to get a cover which takes away from the tufted feature I thought I was buying. They also have a 0 return policy which checks out because there’s no response anyway.
I also got a waterproof cover just in case thinking it’d zip around the mattress—nope, it has diagonal elastic straps on each corner & for $100 I could’ve got something way better and actually usable. DECEPTIVE PHOTOS ON WEBSITE—DO NOT TRUST.

We went to a few different stores in LA in search of natural fiber pillows (Avocado, etc), this place is far superior. Better quality, less greenwashing, and fantastic customer service. Yves made our experience amazing! He was so knowledgeable and kind, and not pushy at all. So glad we found this place!

Nightmare experience. I like many others was given the excuse of back orders. Customer service would not respond to emails. They finally sent me the maps and the mattress, 3 months later I have had to cancel part of the order because they still can't get the pieces that they sold, and the frame that they did eventually send me is damaged and was missing parts. I received the supposed missing parts and they do not line up with my bed. So four months later I still do not have a full bed. I have had to contact their customer service multiple times, I have been hung up on by one of their sales representatives. At this point I am out a lot of money and I still don't have a bed. I regret purchasing from this company. They sell things that they do not have, and their model seems to be that they will jerk you around until you give up and they keep your money.
