I really like this hotel a lot but it has a few little flaws and kinks that it needs to work out. I found this room on Agoda for 110 US dollars a night the hotel price matched it for me but I kind of feel like after covid the hotel deserves all the money so I booked it with them instead of with Agoda. The receptionist showed me the room I was very I was pleased with its appearance and it's cleanliness I love the swimming pool and the hotel has a great vibe which is very rare. What I didn't like about the hotel is that there wasn't a refrigerator in the room and they want to charge you $10 a night to put a fridge in the room which is unheard of. I don't like to be nickeled and done it really annoys me. Also the clock in the room was not set correctly because I was a week out of daylight savings time. So I woke up an hour early I wanted to go swimming in the pool before I checked out and they wouldn't give me extended check out even though it was the hotels fault clocks were adjusted. The reception is during the day told me that they all been very busy and they only had a chance to adjust half the clocks so if you don't know any better you could have missed a plane or you could have missed an important business meeting. Even with those two flaws I bring my little mini refrigerator I have a 3 lb refrigerator with me the next time and cuz I live in Los Angeles I would depend on my cell phone time. Would I stay here again? You bet! There is a restaurant across the street that sells really good quality steaks for around 22 US dollars at lunch time called the fox something. The hotel salads look very good but I was in a steak mood. I would stay there again the hotel has a great vibe and everybody at the pool is friendly and the pool is super big and heated. Lots of people go there just to have like a staycation and enjoy the pool on resort pass for like 20 US dollars a day. I really like this hotel I found it on TripAdvisor rank number 16 for $110 plus whatever San Diego's taxes I thought the hotel was a great deal. I would stay there again I just don't like the fact that they don't have refrigerators in the room and that they have the audacity to charge. I stay in hotels about 6 months a year and I've never been charged for a refrigerator anywhere ever.

Very helpful, large selection we needed bags for all the extra clothes my daughter purchased and this being in the outlet store area saved the day. To bad we live in Cleveland and not LA but this was a life saver on the way to the airport.

Many try to rid themselves of excess baggage. I was on the hunt for some. Hard-sided, with spinner wheels, specifically.Shopping at the Citadel Outlets, I stepped inside The Luggage Factory to browse through their merchandise. For a long time, I've been meaning to buy a hard-sided carry-on w/ spinner wheels, but haven't came around to it. Samsonite is a trusted brand, so I thought one of their products would be ideal for me. Perusing the displays, many were out of my price range, until I found something that caught my eye.The Samsonite S'Cure is a hard-sided, zipperless luggage. It has 3 latches, the main one having a 3 digit combo lock. Gaskets make the luggage highly water resistant. A minimalist interior, w/ one half being unlined, actually has it's benefits. It's easier to clean, and keeps excess weight off. At less than 7 lbs, the S'Cure is strong, yet easy to transport.Service was good. I was quoted a price, then looked about at other options, so I could make comparisons. After the associate finished helping customers, he quoted me a price $10 less. I don't know if he was eager to make the sale, or just forgot the original offer, but that sealed the deal for me.Upon purchasing my new luggage, I saw a sign stating "No Refunds. Exchange or Store Credit only within 7 days with receipt." The associate also advised me to register my purchase with Samsonite to take advantage of their limited warranty. Knowing the terms, I looked at my receipt, and saw the S'Cure was 40% off. I left a happy customer.Shopping at The Luggage Factory, and later doing an internet search for the average prices of the specific luggage I Just bought, I came out a winner! Not knowing there is an actual Samsonite Outlet Store at the Citadel Outlets, I believe they could not beat the price I got at The Luggage Factory.I highly recommend shopping at The Luggage Factory.

Very bad service. Manager lied about the luggage we purchased is suitable for carryon luggage size for air flight but it is not. When we came back to exchange, the staff is rude to us.

Don't buy anything here. They're crooks. It looks like a 50% discount, but it's the actual price. Search the price at online first. You will see it's cheaper to buy online.

My luggage didn’t withstand one trip. My suitcase is cracked and missing a wheel. I understand that the airport does toss your stuff around but it my luggage should have been able to hold up longer than 1 trip
