This UPS location is my go-to for shipping my art and merchandise. As a new small business owner, I find walking in and feeling a welcoming atmosphere amazing. It helps with the stress of running a business when you know staff are there to assist with any questions you may have. Someone on the staff helped me figure out the safest shipping packaging options for my prints, which I made for an art drop, and they were offered at a great value. The information was also made straightforward which is always great for new business owners who ship products around the world. Recommend 10/10.

Came here to drop off an Ebay prepaid label package. I placed my package on the scale, & saw the weight at 11 lbs, the accurate weight for the label I purchased. When the man who helped me scanned the package, I noticed that he pushed down on the top of the package as he scanned, causing the weight to jump to just over 14 lbs. I pointed this out to him immediately, to which he mumbled something incoherent to me & took my package to another scale & scanned again, this time properly. I've had instances in the past where after the fact, I was incorrectly & automatically charged an overage fee to my credit card on file, & when this happens it is damn near impossible to get credited a refund. So the employee who helped me either attempted to intentionally misweigh my package, or he was untrained & unprofessional. Neither scenario is ok. Please be vigilant when dropping off your packages here.

Seriously the best UPS or shipping store I’ve ever worked with. Everyone there is knowledgeable and efficient and really helpful. They went out of their way to make sure I got a missing package (not their fault) recovered quickly. I feel lucky to have this location so close by.
