I was initially a bit hesitant about shipping items to Mexico, as it was my first time doing so and the value of my merchandise was significant. I needed a company that could handle both the transportation and customs process. After contacting several packaging businesses, I came across Torrez Packing.
The owner addressed all of my questions and concerns, and I appreciated his straightforward approach, which is exactly what I was looking for. My merchandise was delivered to their warehouse, and throughout the entire process, I was kept informed of the progress. It took just over a week for my shipment to be delivered to my parents' home in Tamazula, Jalisco, without a single item lost or misplaced.
I highly recommend their services. One suggestion for the owner: it would be great if they accepted credit card payments. Aside from that, I am completely satisfied and will definitely use their services again. 10/10!
