I set up contactless pickup weeks before my reservation and my truck was not reserved nor was I contacted about my missing truck prior to arriving at 8 a.m. to pick up my truck (before the office opened). The app had a note that a rep from this location was supposed to call me the day before to confirm things, but I was never contacted. I waited for over an hour and the office also didn't open on time. When corporate customer service finally answered my call, they had to send me to a completely separate location to pick up a 26' truck because they didn't see a truck reserved for me at this location, and in fact said it didn't look like the location even reviewed my reservation at all. Extremely disappointed by this experience, especially since we paid a good sum for this large truck and this issue delayed our out-of-state move because it took hours to resolve. I highly suggest reserving from the U-haul in Inglewood – they are on top of their game and extremely responsive. I should have reserved the truck from that location to begin with.

I have a reservation. However, I am standing in a long line and not being given priority before the people without reservations. The people who work here did not send a text or email to notify that the computer system is down. It takes about 10 minutes uses per customer to process. Also, there is a potential for identity theft, because not only do they ask for your driver's license but they also want to photograph you with a cell phone. Some unscrupulous and enterprising lowlife can take this information and make new and fake licenses. The two inside employees also need to be sent to customer service school for at least an 8 hour a day 1 week course to learn how to deal with the public and if they refuse should be fired ( not moved around to another location) because of noncompliance.There is also no place for customers to sit who are infirmed. There were some elderly and one person receiving chemotherapy who were in line and the employees lacked awareness and sensitivity to their customers' needs. The truck was also a non-smoking truck as the signs on both windows attested to. But, the smell in the truck was a combination of cigarettes and Marijuana. As I do not smoke, this was another irritation.When returning the truck, the mats in the front had footprints on them front the site I took my yard debris to. The male employee brought this to my attention and I gave him permission to levy a charge as long as he reduced the price of the rental because of it smelling of cigarettes and Marijuana. He let that line of reasoning go and then started reading my review on Google to me including my email address as if I should be nervous about him knowing what I wrote. I replied that he should give his boss my regards for passing my review on to them so quickly, which quieted him even more. There is an older gentleman who works on the outside with rentals who was very kind and sensible and informative. I hope the other two employees this Sunday learn how to act and deal with customers from him.

The employees in both the day, and night shift are extremely rude as if they hate their jobs. They are very quick with customer service but not efficient.

The manager at this location was very helpful and friendly in assisting me with the rental of an 2-axle auto trailer. Would highly recommend this place and he definitely should get a raise!

Terrible customer service. I called the corporate office because my contractor was discriminated against as if he was trying to get over. They don’t do a walk around inspection but I always take pictures so the manager talks over policy after accusing my contractor of not returning the truck with a full tank of gas when they gave it to us with a quarter tank. The manager is over talking me and I tell him if your staff did their job we wouldnt be here. I sent the picture and he had nothing else to say but why treat him like that? Because he felt like he could and he has no respect for people in the community. We are not all broke, ignorant, poor, uneducated, and we need to steal gas so he got reporter to corporate so he doesn’t do this to anyone else.

Louis is amazing! I live in Inglewood but drive a little farther because of the customer service. Also kudos to the man who checked in our return. He was super nice as well.

The self check out process is not applicable to this location. Despite what the website says you are still made to stand in line to get a key and a link. Then once I finally reached the counter the key could not be found to the vehicle I assigned. I was then assigned another vehicle that was blocked in by the vehicle with the missing key. My self check took almost an hour and the desk clerk/ customer service was not helpful, actually the clerk actually seemed annoyed that I did self check. I was supposed to be given a new link for the new vehicle but that never happened. I had the vehicle 3 days and never got the like. ??♀️

I went there early in the morning I sit in line and the young man acknowledged me the minute I stood in line. That’s what I like because I want to other U-Haul phone number done that and then the other young man that was putting the gas in the truck he was super nice so he took the pictures for me. The young man who took the pictures for me outside he was a Spanic really nice. The guy that helped me inside he was African-American. I don’t know their names they were the only two there they were super nice.

The woman at the front counter help me out and made sure I was taken care of. Very nice woman. Will definitely be back to this location again. Also the guy outside was very cool and help me out a lot. Very good customer service.

I had a flat tire and was waiting for four hours to finally be help due to this company not have the tire changing equipment inside of the truck and basically told by uhaul well there is nothing we can do
