The facility is easy to navigate and well maintained. They are a bit understaffed, but when you can find an employee they are friendly and helpful. The hours are convenient and I really like that the load/unload area of the storage unit is under the building, so you're protected from the sun and the rain.

When I walked in, there wasn't a soul in sight.I started gathering what I wanted to buy near the register and as I did so, I could hear loud talking and laughing from the back.After about 8 minutes a dishelved dude reeking of weed walked out and seemed genuinely surprised and at the same time totally uncaring that a customer was there.When he tried to check me out, he was struggling the whole time, which got worse when he found out they weren't managing their inventory correctly - I was trying to buy boxes from the store floor which hadn't been added to the inventory and the system wouldn't let him sell them.This kicked off a 10 minute odyssey of him alternating between staring silently at the computer and calling his boss to try to get him to add the boxes.Unprofessional and chaotic environment.

I used this location for self storage and truck rental. They are great for both. Good trucks and good air conditioned internal storage units. The security is great. Only issues might be the size of the elevator is small if you get an upstairs unit. Also the after hours access door is smaller, however this may be a security feature.

They allow there customers to become stuck at this location. Return trucks park blocking the entrance/exit. When you call for help they tell you there is none. They are not allowed to contact management to assist you. If you get trapped in the lot you will be forced to Lyft or Uber out leaving your car behind until the next day, or sleeping in your car until morning when the staff comes in.

The app didn't work so I had to have someone at the store help with completing my reservation. In the afternoon while bringing the truck back the app again did not work. The were at least 15 trucks trying to check in / return at the same time. No one was there to help or direct traffic on the property. It was a complete mess… U-Haul associates were pissed off and not happy with the situation. This didn’t help the situation. Go back to having humans check you in and out. It’s a better customer service experience.

The staff was very nice and quick with getting us set up. But make sure when you return the truck after hours to have a copy of your receipt for filling up the tank and picture of the gas gauge.The morning after I returned my rental I saw an extreme amount of charges for gas...I filled the tank before returning the truck. I called customer service and explained this to a woman who was very dismissive claiming they have a picture of the tank being completely on empty and said 'there was nothing they could do if I didn't have a receipt, cause I obviously didn't fill the tank.'So I had to get up, call my bank to find out the time and amount for the charge, go to the gas station I was at the night before, have them find and print it, go back to U-Haul location...the employees there fixed it with no issues and tell me they have problems with people sneaking in at night and siphoning gas out of the trucks and they don't know until someone like me comes through having had to do all this run around. It seems like corporate is failing this location. They need to do something to increase security at this location or fix their attitudes and hurdles for their customers being affected by known issues they can't help the location fix.

by far the worst experience in customer service history the audacity for this man to walk in after i been waiting for 35 minutes that i clocked to come in with an attitude saying what can i do for you as i stated im here to rent a uhual he continued to have an attitude and decides to call the police after denying service with racial actions by serving a caucasian couple that was behind me they even stated no its okay help them (referring to me and my partner) of course the police never arrived and he stated he cant help us with no reasoning why this is the rudest most disrespectful individual i have ever dealt with in customer service he should not be able to clock in another hour as a uhual employee and by reviewing other reviews this is an ongoing issue with this uhual location if negative stars was an option thats what i would have selected

Worst U-Haul in LA ! They sure thieves and liars so is the manager Andrew , next time they see meI’ll be getting them all arrested for what they did , right after I slap fire out they face , if u care about ur stuff go to price self storage next door

Although the sales associate, Ryan M, was very helpful when I picked up the truck, I was gauged by the overrageous fuel charge simply because there is no gas station nearby that can safely accommodate the size of the trust I rented. I only used 1/8 of fuel and was charged $52. When I spoke with the general manager, Andrew, he said there is nothing he can doBe aware of the potential challenge and excess charge when you rent at this location

They always packed and will have you waiting for 15-20 minutes! They never answer their phone the ONLY good thing I will say is Andrew the manager is very helpful and understanding that’s the only reason I’m putting two stars is because of him being so helpful to me
