Absolutely horrible service all around. These clowns have ZEROZ customer service. I went in with my gf and her mom. The manager there Luis along with the other lazy employees offered zero help. You see someone reply to the reviews but they care ZERO. If this is a privately owned store change your employees. I would never ever recommend or use this company just for these horrible employees. Please run and go somewhere else like the Grove where Zachary was a gem. Employees truly make the impact. When we told Luis the manager how horrible his service and attitude were all he said was Bye. Ridiculous!!!

Daniel is amazing! Saved the day retrieving data we thought was lost due to the phone inexplicably doing a factory reset during our vacation. He is patient, kind and a joy to work with. The World needs more Daniel's!

Went into the store to pickup an I phone I had ordered thru customer service. I walk in and receive no kind of a acknowledgement from anyone. I sit patiently. About 30 minutes someone else walks in after me. He sits and waits. A Verizon employee becomes available the person that came in after me runs to the employee and gets assisted. At this time I’m thinking wow. This is unbelievable maybe he will be quick. I sit another 45 minutes. Another gentleman walks in and is immediately assisted. I’m still sitting there thinking I am a ghost. I then go up to another employee and say hey you know I’ve been sitting here now for 1.5 hours and 2 people jumped ahead of me. He looks at me smiles and continues on with his day. At this
Point I beyond livid. Close to 2 hours later an employee comes and says what can I help you with? I could not believe what I was experiencing. I told him what happened and he replies : oh well I can help you now. I took
My order in less than 5 minutes and ran out of there. As a long term customer I will be switching to AT&T so much better customer service!! It’s a shame they have all kinds of marketing and promotions and the completely fail in person.

Armand is the MAN! He spent literally hours going to bat for us to clear up any confusions on a new business account and when most reps would have just said "sorry that's all I can do" and gave up because it was easy, he (without us even asking) refused to accept that and not only cleared the confusions but got us a higher limit for gear than originally. He's an A+ employee and is really dope at his job! Thanks Armand!

After going to multiple stores and getting ignored, I ended up in this store hoping they can help me with my bill. I spoke with Armaund (hope I’m not butchering his name) and he noticed that my watch agreement was cancelled and I was being back charged for the remaining balance. He helped me connect with the billing department (which you can’t do yourself if you try calling Verizon while having an outstanding balance). I was on the call for over an hour and he checked in multiple times to make sure I don’t need more help and ensure I can reinstate my cancelled account. He did something that 3 other stores couldn’t do. Awesome guy, awesome experience at this store.

Avoid this corporate store at all costs. Employees are dishonest, unprofessional, unreliable and lack the necessary knowledge to address customer needs.

Worse location ever!!! zero star I don’t wanna give them even 1 satar!!! very unhelpful lazy and unprofessional people and service they don’t even pool up my account to see what’s going on they were just walking around and laughing like a stupid.

Big shocker this location has a 2 star average. I had an issue with an upgrade where Verizon failed to take responsibility for providing poor customer service. They do not set their customers up for success. I would avoid them at all costs. This issue caused us 5 hours on tech support trying to resolve an issue with one of the lines and an unnecessary fee.

Not 4 but ,"Five" as the a hole employee decided to make clear , could not adjust the number lock on my phone , that I bought outright......5 employees thought it was funny. 5 employees are obviously on the political spy gravy train...which is Verizon. Bye!
