I went to the store today to pick up my item that I’ve bought online since I couldn’t pick it up yesterday. The old guy with white hair who helped was very unprofessional, dismissive, and rude for handling the order. I received an email that the order was ready for pick up. My order wasn’t prepared at all, he didn’t verify my ID, and he just pulled the item off the shelf as if no pickup order existed. Then one of his colleagues asked if it was an online order. He then discussed my order with another employee right in front of me, incorrectly stating that it wasn’t an online order because I had called the day before to check stock even though I clearly had a pickup confirmation email. The whole situation felt disrespectful and gave off very uncomfortable racist energy!! I won’t be coming back to this location. I’d advise others to shop somewhere else.

Continue to have exceptional customer service. If you ask someone where is a ... They walk you directly to it and put it into your hand and are willing to talk about the items and if they can't answer a question they find you someone who knows. It is so refreshing compared to other stores

This place is super cool. They have a lot of your typical hardware store stuff. I first started going to Ace when I was eighteen. They're smaller than other stores but they always have the basics. You can call in and check the inventory before driving over. All of the employees are nice

Very convenient to pop in and pick up hardware and supplies. They always ask when you walk in to help you locate what you are looking for and I find that it cuts down my time looking for things. Once in a while I come across grumpy people at the checkout. I hope the owner is taking good care of their workers.

As a parent of a Boy Scout, I just wanted to share how deeply grateful I am for the incredible support we received today during our popcorn sales in front of Ace Hardware. The team there went above and beyond to help make the day smooth and successful for my scout. Their kindness, generosity, and willingness to assist in every way truly left me speechless.
More than just a fundraising experience, today became a powerful lesson for my scout—not only in responsibility and teamwork, but in compassion and community spirit. The way Ace Hardware showed up for us was inspiring, and we genuinely appreciate it.
