Downtown LG Branch: This branch recently managed by (Jonathan Pruy), is extremely disappointing, disgusting, immature, dysfunctional, unprofessional, unpleasant, rude & egotistical, uneducated, unethical, etc. I highly recommend you stay far away, as I had an appointment today (which was pre-scheduled) and locked in to sign some very important business documents, unfortunately I was kept waiting for 35 minutes on the couch, when there was 10 other employees dwindling there fingers, and only one customer waiting in the teller line, and I could not been seen, when (Johnathan) emphasized that he would personally take care of me regarding the docs, and clearly doesn’t know how to run a major branch.

Closed without notice. I have a Safe Deposit Box there. They could get the annual fee notice to me, but not a notice to clean out the box. They have a convoluted corporate procedure to get my assets.

Avoid depositing into these ATM's. My pre paid card got eaten by the machine on the left and then a guy walked up and said the machine had just eaten his cash the other week. Seems like they need maintenance pretty bad. Just wanted to try to spare anyone else the grief if you read this. Personally ill never be making another deposit into an ATM machine only withdraw.

Mahta the banker was amazing..Great attitude and was able to give me the info I needed quickly and easily.Definitely coming back to see her for all my BofA transactions!!

I have been banking with BOA for more than a decade and very rarely if ever require their help while they passively make $ off of the $ I store in my accounts with them. Today I for the second time in as long as I can remember I needed assistance with a wire transfer so went into the branch. I was told it was too near closing time for them to start doing the wire transfer. I acknowledged that I understood that it wouldn't go out until the next business day but wanted to complete the wire today. They were unwilling to complete the wire as it would require them to "reopen" their wire system so near to closing. This type of attitude and unwillingness to help a long-term, valuable customer of theirs comes across as very LAZY. I have accounts at numerous other banks and have not experienced similar with other banks. Not surprising this branch has the VERY poor ratings it does. Take your banking elsewhere!

Be prepared to wait a long time! Regardless of how many people are working there, there will be people, even management, working on their computers completely ignoring the long line. Worst customer service

I really mean zero stars. Worth driving to another branch. Agree that the same woman called out in other reviews shouldn't have a customer-facing job. Worst experience in 30 yrs of banking with them, both business & personal.

Worst banking experience ever, repeatedly. Never ever going back to this branch for one simple reason, Dahir is the slowest most troublesome inconsiderate clerk I've ever encountered in my life. Three forms of ID and he wants more. Highly suggest going to the Santa Cruz ave branch instead if wasting your time.

I went in to cash a check and the lady working before closing made me feel uncomfortable. She is middle eastern and it's not because she was middle eastern. She was a bit rude. She made me feel unwelcome. Her customer service sucked because she had said what was in my account out loud , which I was aware of. I don't think you're supposed to say what's in people's accounts?

Once again Bank of America in East Los Gatos you disappoint!!! Wanting to charge me $8 to cash a check because I don't have a bank account. Even though we have a mortgage and a safe deposit box??? Really? The check was written to me by my wife who is joint owner on the safe deposit box and you confirmed that in your records and Still want to charge me $8. B of A has made Thousands of dollars from our relationships with them! The Wells Fargo teller and service manager were shocked and said that's not right as the check was written on a B of A check! Get your act together BofA! I am not surprised to see several poor ratings for this branch and this bank. We will refi our $575k mortgage soon and will not use our long time friend who we've worked with for 20 years who is a private mortgage rep with BofA. I'll be sure to tell her how lame your service and attitude toward me was. I thought you wanted high net worth customers? I guess not! Go to Wells Fargo as they give much better service and you don't pay petty fees!

Poor customer service! Arrived at 10:02AM in Los Gatos (Blossom Hill) and there was only one teller, Ben, who was pleasant and efficient. Took almost 40 min. to get help, although there were 4 customers ahead of me and eventually 5 behind me. Two other employees sitting behind desks did nothing. Aren't these folks cross-trained? A customer came in and complained loudly about poor customer service with her church account and, after she left, the bank employee came over to our long line to have a social chat with a few customers in line. Wow!
