My experience here is very positive even though I am not this branch 's customer. Both tellers and bankers were very helpful. Especially Rachel Vlamis- very pleasant to work with with and extremely kind & helpful.

Recently my husband deposited the check at this Chase location and he specifically requested the check to be deposited into the personal checking account with account number but the banker, whoever, did such a shabby job, not checking the account number, has put the check into our business account. So next day, my husband had to go to the Chase bank again and requested to put the money back to the correct account, and the next day or so, our business accounts shows overdrawn for the check which is so ridiculous because we had enough balance there before the deposit. I am really upset with their service and not paying attention to the customer request from the beginning and causing unnecessary trouble for us!!!! Pay some attention when working pls!!!!

I have had the same issues with my 89 year old mother. Chase has a large sum of her money but won’t transfer it into her account. Chase even closed her account after we went through the process of confirming with her transfer bank and we were told everything had been completed. We have had 5 calls with the back office and the incompetence is mind blowing. They “didn’t see the notes”, “don’t know why her money isn’t transferred”, etc. It has been a month since we set up her account. Social security bank transfer was quicker than Chase, they have her check from them but she cannot access the funds. How a major bank can do business this way is baffling.

After being a customer for almost 20 years, Los Gatos Blvd chase location next to my house, the manager Robin is very disappointed yesterday 10/7/2022 ...they made me go twice and couldn't help me. I'm glad this isn't the only Chase location in the area! Someone helped me right away.

Terrible service! It's impossible to get an appt. Take your money out of Chase NOW! My elderly 99 year old aunt has been locked out of her account. Now we have to sell her house to pay for her care home! Chase has been putting up roadblocks for my aunt to access her own money!!! Why would they do that??? This is elderly abuse!!!

When people tell me they prefer the friendly personal service of a small bank and don't like to deal with the big banks, I tell them about this Chase branch. Their service is consistently friendly and capable. I've banked here for years, and Robin is a wonderful manager.

wow, just there yesterday. what a fail. atm messed up my deposit. no one there could help. sent me to the phone number on my card 2.5 hours later , with 3 conversations stil not resolved. lousy service

We had an issue with our Mortgage. Calling Chase was ineffective, got transferred 3 times and finally cut off. A visit to our "home" Chase was useless. They not only didn't understand the issue but sent my husband away with a note and the Chase phone number. Shout out to Robin, the bank manager, at the Los Gatos Blvd location. Courteous, patient and professional she handled our issue in in less than 20 minutes!

Terrible managementt! I came in to request for a cashier check to buy a home. They didnt update one of my account with my legged name and basically told me they company help me because they "don't know who I am.." I was told that the manager can help but she didn't want to because she want to take the risk... i was left in the lobby for over an hour while the manger is walking around doing nothing to help me understand what's not matching in their system. It may be helpful to know that I paid off my chase mortgage account with no problem m and also put a directed deposit into the account with problem. I ended up calling the 866 number onn my mobIle app while standing in the lobby waiting for anyone to try to help me and got thhrough in less than a minute. They asked me to hand over the phone to the teller so thhey can help her aNd a few minutes later I was oFfer the check I requested. The Branch Manager was unprofessional, incompassionate and unhelpful. I've haven't experienced such lack of customer service in a place wHere I trust with all my money... I will be working on transferring all my assets to another institution where they have competent leadership and customer oriented service. I'm glad they showed me this side now. Thank you!
