Overall good experience. Went a couple days ago and was able to find everything I needed. The cashier was very sweet(I think their name was Shepherd)and the customer service was great. I could tell the store was understaffed as the line was pretty long and only one register was open, but that's very understandable. I went again today and the lines weren't nearly as bad so it was likely just circumstance.

Awful customer service and the cashier is a liar! I had issues with 2 promotional items. For the 1st, I asked the cashier to scan a coupon, I had their flyer. she initially refused saying that "everything" was in my account without even scanning the item first. Then she scanned it as if she's doing me a favor. Turns out she didn't do it right because it didn't reflect on the receipt. The 2nd item, I misunderstood the deal on the flyer, and this cashier did too. Instead of saying something that made sense, she started lying about it! saying that I had grabbed the wrong item. When it fact it was the very same! The description and even the picture of the item in the flyer showed it was the same, but she kept saying that it was the wrong item! Then she calls the "manager" and she is able to answer my question, but when I asked her about my 1st item, she said she's only the "seafood manager" and sends me to customer service which had a line. I think either this manager should have fix the price discrepancy or told the same cashier to fix it, but instead I had to wait in line at customer service. I felt I was being tossed around, and all because they refused to check the items first or they didn't understand the deal either while lying to me.

I shop at this Safeway because it fits most of my needs, and it's 24 hours. However for some reason this Safeway doesn't carry any Cajun foods. I went in looking to make jambalaya but couldn't find it in any aisle. I walked up to an employee and asked if they carried any jambalaya he looked at me, and literally ran away back to the register he was trying to get away from. On top of that, on google it says they are open 24 hours, I show up last night and they are closed! No sign posted or anything, total waste of space!

I just wanted to share that there's a man that works there his name is Richard Perales. This guy goes to work drunk and he is stealing from the store and when he worked at the store on branham and Ross he would work the register and pass items so they wouldn't be charged. He did this to his friends and family members. He also sexually harassed women that worked with him in branham. Come to find out he's a peeping Tom. Looking in young girls windows. Beware of this guy. He's bad news! Wow so where's the manager on this one what are they gonna do give him a slap on the hand cause he's been there for years. And stole from the store all those years.

Pretty bad customer services. Super long lines. Self check out is a nightmare. Really bad experience with store manger and check out clerk tonight. I am going elsewhere based on such a poor experience. I will not shop Safeway or the other chains they own again.

This Safeway location consistently overcharges me. I have brought to the attention of the local manager, have notified corporate only to have a form letter response. Watch your receipts and confirm!!

Tbh this Safeway kinda sucks. Our old Safeway had a lot more options than this place. This one has limited brands and items. And are out of stock of most thing whenever we come. . We would rather drive back to our old Safeway by our old house to have a better option of things to purchase. Would not recommend. It's a waste of a grocery trip every time we come

This Safeway is really disappointing and has gotten worse over the years that I have shopped there. Customer service is downright awful and the few times I ventured to ask for assistance, the customer service person is incredibly condescending. I've observed the same behavior with other shoppers. I have Celiac disease, and the gluten-free products in the store have significantly decreased and the best products have been discontinued. This forces me to shop elsewhere. I want to also note the number of times I have had to return to the store with bad chicken and other proteins with future expiration dates. Packaged salads, fruits and vegetables go bad very quickly. Who is the manager of this store because they never seem to be there when I am there?

Size matters. The bags are a joke...get a decent sized plastic bag or keep paper in stock. I just carries out...easier than putting 4 items in a bag.

Only one checker, when there is 25+ in line. Customer service is extremely horrible. They need to invest and have multiple checkers servicing customers so they don't have to wait.

Decent experiences so far shopping at this particular store. Usually plenty of parking, and nice location as well. Employees here are usually friendly, and can check out quickly using self checkout as well. Never had any issues with this store, and will come back here for my grocery shopping needs. Every individual Safeway store can be a different experience, I'm glad this store has a pleasant shopping feeling when I'm here.

Don't use the bakery to pre order anything. I ordered four dozen cupcakes and a birthday cake for a party today, showed up to pick up and nothing was made because baker didn't show. No courtesy call or anything.

2 things we absolutely love about this Safeway is the parking and the cleanliness. The isles are spotless and the merchandise neatly stack. The check out lines are never 3 deep. Thank you!!

The absolute worst Safeway. Not that any of them are any good. Most of them are filthy andnThe customer service is routinely horrible. When you've had a bad experience, To have the employees say "have a nice day" makes me want to rip their face off . The only reason I shop there, And I really try not to, is when I know they have something I need. And it's not as though SAFEWAY even cares, they have gotten 2 1⁄2 stars for years and they DO NOTHING To try to make your experience any better. THEY know that they can get make the money purely by volume. They don't need good customer service and safeway certainly doesn't deliver it!

Ugh. The one way stickers. At first I was giving the stink eye to people disobeying the signs until I realized nobody pays attention to them until I starting disobeying and then I got the stink eye. Anyway, this Safeway is especially good at disinfecting the carts. They seem to have a guy dedicated to just that. I guess that's the safest way. Anyway, this one is fine and the staff is usually friendly, as long as you keep the line moving. Stop because your coupon won't work or if you are overcharged (very common for us) and they act like you farted in their potato salad at the twins' birthday party (Jesus, Aunt Chrissy, let it go). When we are overcharged, they always side with the customer, and will even go out of their way to make you happy, which is commendable but they're crispy about it. (Relax, Eeyore, it's not your money). Prices are average but look for the crazy sales... $2.88 pints of Ben & Jerry, $1.66 Chips Ahoy, 99 cent Chips Ahoy--- I bought enough $1.25 cereal to last the rest of my cinnamon life. I've dropped them down to three stars because their milk goes bad within two days- my guess is that it isn't cold enough. Maybe the employees with the cold stares should look at the milk and cool it down..
