They were great. I was able to replace my car battery in 15 min. They tested my old one. Confirmed it was bad. Offered tools so I could install the new one and I was on my way

I went here to look for windshield wipers for my car and their selection was very sparse. It was like they'd have the driver's side wiper, but no accompanying passenger's side wiper. It looked picked clean. I asked a salesperson if they had any plans to restock and he said he wasn't sure. Ended up going to another O'Reilly.

I don’t know what’s wrong with the ordering and procurement of parts from this Los Gatos store. I ordered parts and came in two different weekends to pick them up. All I received was excuses. The customer in front of me had the same problem. I won’t be back a third time.
