I wanted to start off by this is my second time I come here to this location with a different vehicle, but last week I had a great experience with their service. I had to come in for a small fender bender, and the Kristina M. Did a great job taking care of my car. She kept me informed at all time how my car was doing, and when my car was done she showed me how great this place works. My car looks amazing and I am thankful for the staff that connected and acted very professional. Great affordable place and great quality. -Satisfied Customer

I took my vehicle to Crash Champions after a small collision. The vehicle was driveable and I wasn't going through insurance. Crash Champions was my second quote and came in significantly lower than a nearby competitor. Jackie was amazing throughout the entire process. She explained each portion of my estimate fully and there were no surprises. She was also flexible with appointments and drop offs for both the estimate and scheduled repair. A small cost came up during the repair but I was prepared as Jackie explained the possibility during the estimate. My vehicle was impeccably repaired and on time. When it came time for pickup, I was amazed at the detailed cleaning after the repair. Both the inside and outside of my vehicle looked better than when I bought it. This was a total surprise but greatly appreciated. Thank you Jackie and staff for an amazing service!

Jackie , the office manager , goes above and beyond for customer service ! She is incredibly kind , communicative, and eager to assist. The work completed for my auto repair was also impeccable and timely. I cannot recommend crash champions enough !

My wife and I were rear ended in San Anselmo (Marin County) and our car recieved extensive damage. We called AAA and they advised us that Crash Champions Los Gatos was an approved AAA repair shop.Jacqueline assisted us through out the entire process and would highly recommend the shop. She provided the highest standard of customer service.You drop your car off and it is repaired at an off site facility. AAA and Crash Champions arrange to have the rental car company pick you up to get your rental car.Car comes back cleaned and detailed.Services: Body & Trim

Are you looking for a repair shop that seems mismanaged?Are you looking for a repair shop that will repeat the same excuses for their reasonings for delaying repairs even when they have all parts necessary to complete your car repair and at first give you a timeframe of a little less than a week to complete repairs?Do you want to receive your car still needing further repairs because they apparently lack necessary equipment to finish the job?Then look no further than Crash Chamions in Los Gatos!We truly did appreciate dealing with Evelyn’s condescension when she finally decided to message us after making a whole stink of letting them know that as a working family we would need a car, either our own or a paid rental. We especially loved the almost bragging she saw fit to send in an email about how they have many other customers in their shop who also need cars yet they’ve been sitting in their shop for “months”. You know, as in we shouldn’t be complaining as we’re not the only ones who made the mistake of choosing their shop for car repair.So if you’ve made it this far in reading the review then I implore you to please choose another shop as they seem firm on giving you the hardest time in an already stressful part of your life in dealing with repairs after an accident.Services: Body & Trim

My car was rear ended at a red light, and pan American made it good as new! Fantastic service, Jackie was incredibly helpful, thorough, and walked through everything with us. My car was returned to me much faster than I had expected, and it was cleaned inside and out too (and it was dirty when I brought it in). Very very pleased!!

Jackie who coordinated my repair was fantastic. She was friendly, thorough, and walked me through every step of the process and estimate. My repair was completed lightning-fast and looked great! I wish the rest of my car looked as good as my bumper does right now. Very pleased with these guys and hopefully I'm not in any more fender-benders, but if I am, I'd be happy to return here.Services: Paint repair

I had some body work done here and they did a fantastic job. Excellent communication with updates almost daily (by SMS or email). The car came back to me on time and looking absolutely like new (including a thorough cleaning!). Very happy.

I took my car here on the recommendation of the Insurance Company. They brought the car with a torn seat and refused to accept any responsibility, citing that it was there before - my word against theirs. My mistake was that I should have read the reviews before entrusting my car to them. I don't trust these folks. My Insurance shouldn't recommend them. Please be careful.
