Pharmacy: impossible to get through via phone, put on hold over and over. I've gotten countless calls and emails that a prescription is ready for pickup but when I arrive they often "can't find" it. It's the worst service I've experienced and highly recommend going elsewhere

The pharmacy customer service is the worst. When I have to call them, they put me on hold at least 10 times. Even when I finally get someone, they have to put me on hold in the middle of our conversation, and they never come back, and I go back to the beginning of the line again. It is so frustrating,

Extremely poor pharmacy customer service. Constantly dissatisfied with their online/ phone support. Its very strange that we have to go in person and stand in line for 30min to even know your prescription status. Please do something about your service. I can only imagine how frustrating it would be if you are ill and calling the store over and over.

Take what you think a product will cost and add 30% to it. That's what this Walgreens does.

Their pharmacy sucks. This is over 2 years of experience with them. I have always had to wait 30 minutes or more even when I have had an appointment. Their computer systems don't work. You fill out forms online then you have to do it again on paper at pharmacy. At 2 different locations they were 35 and 40 minutes late to give a vaccine. Staff are rude and have no empathy. I give up on you Walgreens.

The pharmacist at this locations should have a course in communication. I waited on hold for 45 mins to confirm they got my prescription from my doctor and they told me they would start working on it and hung up on me mid sentence speaking.

My current insurance plan requires me to use Walgreens much to my disappointment. No matter what time I come in, the pharmacy line is long and my prescriptions are rung up wrong about half the time as I have Medicare A/B and a supplemental plan. I have told them twice to run Medicare B first as the primary and then the supplemental plan. I should not be telling them how to do their job. (Ex: on one script, the drug came out $50 less when I told them to use Medicare B as my primary.)So to my latest issue. I made an appointment online for a flu shot and filled out all the paperwork online. I get to the pharmacy 10 minutes early for my appointment and they tell me it'll be an hour wait! What? It's getting to be flu season and Walgreens is heavily promoting getting your shots here. Isn't it a good idea to be prepared? As I sit here waiting for my shot, they are aggressively promoting the flu shots to walk/ins! So aggravating. If I treated my customers this way, I'd be out of business.

Complaint of pharmacist misconduct or prescription error is submitted and received by the California State Board of Pharmacy.When the Wallgreens in Los Gatos makes elderly people wait for hours and they do not say a word, when the Wallgreens pharmacists make a young activist like me wait for an hour, refuse to give my medication even after I provided a prescription dosage document, when the Pharmacists fax the doctor to get the prescription dosage confirmation and I had to talk to the Wallgreens manager to resolve the situation and only after that they agreed to call the doctor instead of faxing like in medieval ages. The worst. Always understaffed. Always a line at the pharmacy...unless you get here after 10pm. And even then there are no guarantees that your prescription will be ready! Miserable customer experience. Go to Pharmaca. Sooooo much better. It's now 2023 and the pharmacy is still The Worst.

This is the worst run pharmacy I have ever been too. The woman who is always there that takes prescription pick ups is unusually unhappy, and rude to customers. She is not pleasant to interact with and has no sense of urgency. The line is always long and moves slow. I will be going to the CVS across town who manages to be much more efficient and greets customers with a smile. Whoever is the district manager of this store really needs to pay attention to the many terrible reviews of this Walgreens location. Seriously.

This is about the photo dept at Walgreens, N Santa Cruz Ave in Los Gatos: I sent files over in the morning, and later received an email saying that the prints were ready for pick-up. At the counter I was informed that the email is "automatic" and no guarantee that prints are actually ready. I was treated as a fool for not realizing this. (My prints were, as you might have guessed, not ready.) Not impressed, and not going back if I can help it.

This is a decent Walgreens. I used to go here from time to time when I live a few blocks away. It didn't blow me a way, but it was always a place I could go to get things I needed that they provided. It does need a renovation, but other than that it's not that bad.
