A huge thank you to Nicole for finding the earrings I was looking for to complete a set. I did a huge buy online and found 2 of 3 pieces. I really wanted the earrings and not only did she have a pair on hold, but when someone didn't come back for them she sent them to me! (And had the nicest personal note included) I am forever grateful. I've shopped there before (in-person pre-COVID) and it was always a pleasure!

I've called in to this store before coming by to quickly exchange one of the items I got online to a different size. I was not going to take more than 15 minutes. They've told me that the store closes at 6pm. I showed up at 5:30pm and they've already closed the front doors and were counting register money. I have checked the hours on the door to the store, which has also shown that they will be closing at 6pm. I knocked on the door trying to see what's going on to which the ladies inside did not even come out to talk to me and mouthed that the store is closed. This experience made me feel dismissed and unappreciated for my longstanding business. I really don't know if I would like to come back to this location. This is definitely not a good way to treat your customers.

I love this WHBM location. It's not in a crazy crowded mall which makes it easy when you're on a mission to find a new outfit quickly or take your time to browse. I stopped in twice in the last week. One visit was to pick up a new top for a holiday party. I found the perfect sweater in my size and wore it the same night. The next day I picked something up for a friend and Chelsea was awesome to help me with the purchase. She went the extra mile to help me and provide professional, high quality customer service. Check this shop out - you won't be disappointed.

I bought a blouse and earrings at one of the stores in my county, and then decided I didn't need the blouse after all, so went back to return at another store closer to my house. I did not have a paper receipt, but since I spent time giving my email, phone number, etc to the first store, I figured there would be an email receipt or they could look up my information. The blouse was not worn, and still had the tags on it. They wouldn't take it back and said I had to go back to the first store! What's the purpose of giving them my email if they're not going to give me an email receipt? What store nowadays doesn't do that? Isn't it one database for WHBM? Very inefficient, and customer UN-FRIENDLY!!

I have nothing but positive comments to say! Emily the manager at this store is simply the best! She has the most exquisite taste! The clothes are just fantastic I have found so many staples for my wardrobe and receive complements all of the time. Thank you Emily for making shopping at WHBM so much fun and a fantastic experience.

Went in this morning to buy a dress and shirt I saw online. There were two sales women and only one other customer. I was completely ignored during the entire 10 minutes that I was in the store, so I turned around and went next-door to banana republic. This isn't the first time this has happened. They really need to step up their customer service game.

Poor customer service. Ignored me the entire time I was in the store. Twice. I went next door to Blue Illusion. Wonderful clothes and wonderful staff. I would highly recommend Blue Illusion. Another lady was ignored as well. Both of are women of color. The staff seemed super friendly with the Caucasian customers.

Love the clothing, shoes, purses, and accessories here. I love the black and white theme with a different color added for each month, great idea! My daughter worked here for a time when she had just graduated college and she did very well, it's all about the commissions. She has the perfect personality ( not prejudiced ) for this job. Over the years I have purchased many staple pieces in my wardrobe. I have several pairs of shoes too. I'm very picky about shoes because I know that expensive shoes ARE more comfortable. The shoes are around $100 which I find reasonable. It's a great satellite location here in Los Gatos instead of going to the dreaded mall...I so detest mall shopping, I prefer going to small boutiques and non-chain stores. I like that you can get classic pieces that you can wear for work or play and black is so important to your wardrobe. I mentioned the accessories already but want to let you know the costume jewelry is fantastic (also picky) The reason for only 4 stars is I had a skirt that "balled up" after just a few times wearing it. I definitely recommend this shop for you, I would be surprised if you didn't find something, they have pieces that appeal to everyone and every size. And the sizes don't run small or large, that's a whole other issue, don't get me started!

Fantastic! Went shopping for my girlfriend here and the service was prompt and polite. Claire was the name of the person who helped me and she was amazing. She helped me find a beautiful top for my GF. Great store with great people working there.

The worse customer service I ever experienced in my life! I ordered online two Items, tracked the packages and waited one full week to see DELIVERED in the tracking system, however was no packages received! I sent several e-mails and spoke to a supervisor at the customer service department, but they want me to wait 13 days before they take any action, such a refund or any replacements for my order. I felt robed. They have my money and I do not have the merchandise. I do not recommend any purchases online for this company, they treat you like a number.
