Never had a bad experience at this particular AutoZone, but I probably will not be returning to this AutoZone store, because never had a problem with employees until today a fat employee probably too lazy to work did not want to grab items for me and I went to pick up the oil and when employee gave me the product code for the oil filter, I could not find it and it’s very frustrating because sometimes the lines are in AutoZone are pretty long and you wait 20 minutes just so you can go and grab your items and possibly return to cut in line and possibly fight with other customers I don’t think it’s right this was a terrible experience. I will never return to this AutoZone.

My key needed a battery change, and I wasn't sure if they did this here at autozone. Emilio was very helpful and showed me how to change the battery for next time. He changed the battery for me in less than 5 min.

As an Autozoner from my previous years at 5358, this store is unacceptable. The managers (grey shirts) are just lazy, and no help at all. I've been trying to get a part for the past 3 weeks, and every time I have shown them a receipt, they say it's a "return" receipt. It is not, and shows date of purchase and estimated time of arrival for said part. The first time, my order was canceled, and I was not notified, or reimbursed. No one can tell me why my order was canceled. The second time, the part never arrived and said my receipt was invalid - if it wasn't for an email receipt and photo when I purchased it, I would've been out of luck and money. One of the managers recognize me and noticed I've been here a couple times to tell the red shirt (standard employee) to just tell me it will come around 5 (standard delivery for parts are 8:30am, 12:30pm/2:30pm, 5:00pm) but didn't want to get involved. I understand the people that they deal with are not pleasant as no one wants to be at a part store for a broken down car. However they should still have the decency to help every customer through that comes through that door, especially as their pledge and values suggests: "AutoZoners always put customers first! We know our parts and products."

If I could give 0 stars I would, I bought a cabin air filter on the 17th of March 2023 and I wanted to return it today March 21 since I found one cheaper online. Employees stated that I couldn't return it because their system was glitching because I bought it in a different location in Long Beach, statin I have to go back over there. Makes no sense because oriellys, helps you out with similar situations. C'mon guys. Simple return with a receipt and denied. Wow.

Poor customer service and very slow work pace. One of the worst establishments I've ever been too. It clearly shows they don't value customers time and will have you wait for 20 mins for getting attended.
