The food hear is good but they take so unbelievably long. Went for milkshakes a couple days ago not only did it take seriously 20 min to get them with no one being there but when the worker handed them to us it was like a cup of milk couldn't even tell they were supposed to be ice cream. I can't recommend anyone come just because of the service alone

This is the first time I have been to this Red Onion in Madera, and the older gentleman that was doing the cooking was absolutely wonderful. He went out of his way to make sure everything is exactly the way I wanted it. He was great and he made my day I will definitely be back and I will definitely tell all my friends about it.

My husband and I are new to Madera and The Red Onion is around the corner from us. We've ordered about 5 times in 3 months. And EVERYTHING we order is great!! And really good portions! I always have left over from we like to put in our air fryer the next day and they are just as fresh as the day we got them! Always nice people and customer service. This is our favorite place to order from. We always do pick up and by the time we get our shoes on. Open our gate and get there. It's ready to go!! So super fats service and great

The place was not busy in the drive thru,too long of a wait. I ordered. #2 and a #11, both combos, and went large on both combos. Got to the window to pay 38.05. I ask for a receipt and was told again the printer wasn't working, not the first time they gave no receipt, like three other times. Food was not good.. I will continue my business elsewhere. It's always good to give a receipt to see what you are really charging or over charging. Unreal!! Not even worth the one star!!

Food here is so good I eat myself sick. You gotta try the mushroom burger. You get a lot of fries and they are the crinkle cut fries. The food is cooked when you pay. No cold stale food here. Hot and wonderful.

First time there and honestly was good. Not exceptional but good.EDIT:I Changed my mind on this place, today 10/20/21 I stopped by and took some burgers and at first they messed up the order, I ordered a burger with avocado and had no avocado, I asked only the sandwich and they charge me for a large combo. I order a kid menu combo and they serve only the sandwitch, plus when I paid with my card they charge $1.05 to use the card without even telling me that they charge that amount. It is absurd that I'm already paying +$30 and charge more than a dollar for use a debit or credit card. They charge 50 cents for each sauce that I don't even ask.
