Is always right and on time when told. Coupons offered are very helpful for me as well and I’m appreciative of them each time.

Not going back…EVER. Always had good service, but one person ruined it for me. Very unpleasant with a counter person. I got her because I was the next in line. I don’t frequent often but only go there if I need dry cleaning. Maybe that’s why…

Service and quality are outstanding. Staff is over the top great. I was however completely shocked when I actually received one of my charges. $13 to clean a shirt??? We have been a very loyal customers for 14 years but we will not be coming back.

Would not use them for alterations.
Chose Flair based on the many positive google reviews but had to make multiple trips back when the first tailor quit and I needed to be remeasured by the new one. My alterations were not done when I came back on the day of pick up and found out they were going to do all the alterations to my bridal skirt in only 30 minutes. I took my skirt without the alterations.
The next day I received an email asking for payment for alterations not completed. Unimpressed with customer service at every step in this process.

I spent $155 on 12 items 5 of them soiled from over the years and Flair did an awesome job getting out the stains including under arm sweat stains that were in the fabric for years. They are the best!!

I brought in white pants with stains of blue and purple. I had tried Shout at home but did not wash them. Flair on Artesia got it completely out! Thank you so much for saving my favorite pants!
