I brought my car here because the check engine light was on. I have a 2005 BMW Z4. Alex was very helpful explaining what needed to be done from beginning to end. Now I know my car will pass smog. Highly recommend Phil's!

I went for oil change Monday I never made $131.57 for oil change even in the dealer. The person told due to they use synthetic oil. The dealership use also synthetic oul. For me outrageous fee.

Almost literally a life saver! Our 2008 Toyota Matrix, which we still owed payments on, needed a replacement transmission. Our usual mechanic wanted to charge us $3,000 to replace it, and of course, we didn't have the money. Luckily, we had a warranty on our vehicle, but our usual mechanic had had problems getting reimbursed by them, so I shopped around and came across Phil's auto. I contacted them through Yelp, and they responded within minutes. They understood our problem, and even said they had dealt with warranty companies before. The repairs were about $3,000, and the warranty company tried to deny the claim, but they persevered and got it completely covered. The car's transmission is still purring like a kitten, and we only had to pay the $200 deductible for the warranty. Not only a solid mechanic, but they fought for us. Don't know many other businesses that would do that.

I wish I could give 10 stars Driving from LV to visit my son in STKN - my Volvo started acting up on the way in, so I did my homework on YELP and found this repair shop. They went up and beyond to do a smoke test because Volvos can be tricky - great cars, but weird things go wrong. No hidden fees, and I always felt they were being honest with me. I made it back to Vegas without a problem! Thank you again!

They did a great job getting me in for a CV Axle repair in a hurry, all over the phone. Phil was very helpful and Alex did a great job in keeping me informed. I appreciate so much how they worked me in. Other shops wanted my car in two weeks or others wanted two days to look at it. I knew what was wrong, Phil and I discussed it, boom they fixed it! The price was very fair also!

Would DEFINITELY recommend!!! Car would start and turn off straight away, had no idea why.. Phil was quick to diagnose and repair. Honest and affordable, no hidden fees. Would return for other work if needed for sure!

My car was at a different shop for 7 weeks. We thought we were going to have to junk it. Phil reached out and said. Bring it in, I got this. 2 weeks later, it runs like a new car! Can't say enough good about this guy and his work.

I have been looking for a reliable mechanic to take care of my older vehicles. Phil's Auto not only met my expectations but continue to go above and beyond. Alex has been a pleasure to speak with and the shop is very prompt to give you updates of repairs needed, and allow you to see all the work that has been done with photos and descriptions; one of the best experience I've had with a auto shop. I took my Audi in for a reset. Out of all the auto shops I reached out to, they were the only one who accepted with confidence. They were honest and even suggested that I can try and do the reset first and then just come in if it doesn't work so they can help me. It obviously didn't work by myself, so I just came in, and the shop was very accessible. They were generous with the service and provided it for free! The staff were also approachable and patiently answered all my questions too, offering only the services my car needed. Not like others who will rip you off. I can say that they gained a returning customer and have found a trusted auto shop for my car!

I called Phil about an issue with a bolt I had I brought it in and he took care of my issue and didn’t even charge me! I’m glad there’s still people like this out there!

We contacted Phil's auto and they were responsive and diagnosed our issues right away. Need new brakes front and back and that's the short version. We were traveling and needed a quick turn around to continue our journey. They made our big job a priority and got us put as quickly as they could did a little rescheduling and made all our plans. A bit late but Phil got me in the shop before they closed and got me out at 30 mins. Phil saved me thousands of dollars instead of going to the dealership! 10/10 service will be coming back again!

They know what they're doing. And they'll send you pics or video of the problem with your vehicle instead of asking you to take their word on it.
