There is a manager lady here who profiled me from day one. She won't let me in if I have bag. She even demanded receipt for a prescription. I can't get a prescription from pharmacy without payment. Was told she came from Walmart. Regardless, she has kept me from buying anything here.

This is the slowest and disorganized drug store. I speak mainly about the pharmacy. One has to wait in line to get a question answered, pick out the items needed, which may include other pharmacy items, and then being told you have to pay at different checkouts. While in line I saw at least two customers who were there to pick up prescriptions and were told they were not ready. Each of these customers originally were given a time to come back. Even then, the prescriptions were not ready.

This is definitely where I want to get ice cream at. The price for the amount is all worth it! It gets busy when schools out. The guy was nice and patient. There was chips close by and he was able to ring it up with our ice cream order. My friend suggested an ice cream so I will be coming back soon when a craving for ice cream comes up. Parking is available and they are close to a Dollar Tree. Food is in the area as well. Perfect run for all things needed and a treat.

I love there ice cream and also they have everything I need and I also love it because it's so close to my house but recently there have been no cups for the ice cream but it's still really good

Went to pick up my 93 year-old mother-in-law's medication on Sunday, 11/7 at 4:18 p.m. Pharmacist abruptly said that she would need to brief HER--not me. Mind you, my mother-in-law has dementia. Pharmacist also asked me which--of the nine medications she takes--was this for? She obviously knew but mockingly said "I should know as I went to the doctor with her." I've never been treated more rudely in my life. Address the issue Rite Aid! I submitted an online form but YOU need to take care of the issue else you'll lose all of your Rx clients. Hear and respond to what people are posting.

My husband and I went here for our COVID vaccines and I was insulted and yelled at by the practicing physician when I asked a question in regards to the time frame of the second dose. She was extremely rude, got angry very quickly, and caused quite a scene. I apologized and left. I would NOT trust a physician to poke and prod me who cannot control her emotions to that extent, especially in a public and professional environment. Would definitely recommend to go elsewhere.

This week was a nightmare on 08/24. I came 2 times 2 separate days that week. When I came the second time they asked me to come back again the order was still not ready. I can not come back I need my Insulin. I had several items which were stock items. My husband had 2 creams and colesterol med. We waited again after 1 hour we checked again on our order they were not even working on the order. You can tell they have been so many orders and not enough employees there. What nightmare. When we got home we were both missing meds . The lady on the register was very rude. I would like an explantion what happen. But I think it is better I am going to start transferring my prescriptions. It used to be a very good pharmacy. Not anymore. I don't want to end up getting wrong medication and get sick. They make so much money on the meds why would you try to save money on having enough employees.

My dad prescriptions were sent in the morning and we came at 6pm to pick them off and they are not ready. I was promised that they will be ready in half an hour and I waited there. Then they told me another hour since nobody filling the prescription when they have 2 pharmacist and 2-3 technicians. Both the pharmacist and the Technician were so mean. They not even sorry for wasting my time at all. They probaly dont need any customer to fill the prescription at their pharmacy. WORST PHARMACY THAT I HAVE EVER USED.

Gotta love Thrifty's ice cream still cheapest around $1.99 for one scoop. Two for $7 tubs to go home for the family! They have sales / discounted items when seasons are gonna change. Clean and organized store!

This place is the WORST. Asked for assistance from a cashier who was on his cell phone. All he could do was point me in the general direction. Had to go through this routine several times with him. Finally I just gave up. Since I was looking for an over the counter medication I thought I could get some help from the pharmacy. But I was mistaken. The girl I asked just seemed annoyed and pointed me down the aisle that she thought it was on. The pharmacist on duty who was a younger woman who looked our way (obviously hearing the conversation) but offered no help at all. Will not be returning.
