Great job moving a large piano. No issues in transport, setup, or overall performance. Came in at quote, and demonstrated proof of insurance

Al and Shane are good guys and if you want inexpensive but good they are your guys. Just note they do not offer extra insurance so get your own. My grandfathers barber chair was destroyed and we only got $200 for this irreplaceable piece worth $3000 but more in my heart. We aren't sure how it happened and nothing else was damaged. So 4 out of 5.

We hired these guys unfortunately twice unknowingly. My folks seperated this past year and so I've been helping facilitate their moves first into into public storage while they both searched for new homes then into their new homes. My mother decided to stay local so we used this company to move her packed home into a local storage. My mother handled hiring them, stating that they were the best price and she was only moving 4 miles away into storage and then into her travel trailer on my property. Well they arrived like the green bus from CDC (CALIFORNIA DEPT OF CORRECTIONS) broke my antique sewing machine cause only one guy had ever moved anyone before. Lifting items incorrectly pulling tops of furniture put a hole in our wall coming down the stairs and marked up every piece of furniture she owned even after they made her purchase 30 new moving blankets at $14 each. Then charging her almost double her quote. I wasn't their and they took advantage of her. They came and fixed the hole the day before her escrow closed thank goodnessThen I arrived to see my father and sister and nephews off. My dad moved into my sisters at first and his stuff he put into storage himself. He found a home for my sister and him in southern California and hired gentle hands to move them. I didn't know he hired them till it was to lateThey didn't strap our most prize family airloom an antique barber chair out of my papas Barber shop he ran for 50 yearsRuined it. They never offered any options other then what was in their contract. My dad thought coverage came standard. Ya 60 cents a lb for replacements or damage. He got 200 buck for a 7000 chair and really its worth the world to us.Should be called Craigslist moversHe was moved in a gooseneck car hauler truck n trailer.Cheap and messy but they get ya there. Good luckServices: In-state moving

We requested 2 guys to just pack & load stuff into our vehicle; Guys did very good job packing & loading numerous pieces of large furniture efficiently and carefully into our vehicle. We are pleased with their work, though a bit shocked at the $125/hour cost....though it seems to be industry standard. One disappointment: they added on Mileage & Fuel costs of $45 for a truck we did not request and did not use. Isn't that illegal?Have NEVER been charged by a professional for transportation to get to the job site.

We requested 2 men to help pack & load our vehicle. They worked hard and fast, loading up numerous large pieces of furniture. They did great job of carefully & efficiently fitting all of it into our vehicle. Pleased with their work, though a bit shocked at $125/hour price, but it appears this is industry standard. And, beware, they do 'round-up' to the next hour. We did feel very disappointed that we were charged $45 for "fuel & mileage" for their truck that we did not request and did not use.

I had the best experiences with Shane and his crew. Super nice, fun people who helped me with the oddest move as i had to leave everything outside overnight. They moved my sauna and exercise equipment and were happy and joking and it turned the craziness into a delightful experience. I highly recommend them.

I used Gentle Hands Moving Service for a move from one house to another. They even arrived a little early on moving day and continued to work till the job was done. Will's Crew was wonderful, and all three members of this crew were polite and good natured. Hiring this group made the move so much less stressful. I certainly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers.

I had to get a 1908 antique piano from Willits, Ca to Stockton, Ca. Being a bit older than the last time we moved it and missing most of our crew, I contacted Gentle Hands. They picked up the piano on time and made the delivery on time as promised. Priced right considering I didn't have to stress the trip or the handling of the piano. In the end it was money well spent for a job well done. Next time I need to move they will be my first call.

It was a very hard move for these guys, we have 3 floors and most of the stuff went to the bottom floor. They never complained, and did a wonderful job! Recommend for sure!!!
