Totally WORTHLESS, they know how to call you but have no idea how to pick up a Phone. Customer Service is NON-Existent. takes 15 minutes to contact Fraud Department, then you sit on hold for 10 minutes, hard to tell who's committing the Fraud?

I used to be an Account Executive at a bank and could open an account in 15 minutes flat. We were there FOREVER and also had to sit through inappropriate questions from the banker. I was shocked that I had to stand in line - at closing - to make the initial deposit (we always expedited that behind the scenes for a seamless experience for the new client) We also received call a few days later to return to the branch because our account was not set up properly. It was long, drawn out and a completely unnecessary process that I did in less than 3 minutes online at another bank. It's also ridiculous that you have to wait a week for your debit card in 2024.

Horrible bank -know this if your identity is stolen and you have police reports to prove it they will not give you your money back that they gave away to thieves. Your money is not safe here and they will make your attempt to get your money back a living hell. Any other bank is better then Wells Fargo

Do not go to this branch. Had to sit through the most inappropriate questions from the banker. And was told from an online agent that I still have to go back (to a different branch) because he did everything incorrectly. Wells Fargo is such a joke.

I have been with Wells Fargo for years and never have had any major problems so naturally I went here to open my sons first checking account and our experience was amazing. We worked with Tiffany and she made the process very memorable. She walked my son through everything, took her time, answered all of our questions and was so sweet about everything. I went back with her the next day to open my business account after going back and forth on which bank to do this with. Thank you Tiffany we appreciate you. My only advice would be to make an appointment the wait time was a bit long.

Horrible. No one answers the phone. Only 2 tellers at the busiest time, no managers on site, all offices empty except teller windows. Long line. Unfriendly. Bank elsewhere if you can.

Horrible location and staff. Very rude tellers especially the gal named Emily. She should be retrained on how to speak with customers.

Wells Fargo has always been bad but they got worse with Covid. The only 3 people capable of helping me went to lunch together so they gave me a phone number to call instead. I called as i drove home. Turned out what i was trying to do can only be done at the branch. Back to the branch I go, decided to close all my accounts or so I thought. Went to US Bank, opened new accounts easy peasy. Next day i see online banking and activity at Wells Fargo. Called 800# they tell me accounts aren't closed just zero balances. Great so now auto payments have posted, direct deposit posted. The payment i was trying to stop but couldn't posted so now I'm overdrawn and my paycheck is not avail because im overdrawn by millions ( typo with online payment which is why i had to close. WF couldn't stop payment same day). Drove back to branch 12/31 and they are closed but left a note to go to scott road branch. Only one person in the entire branch can help so here I wait. Chase bank didn't have anyone who could open an account yesterday. Wow! I manage a business and require a manager on duty at all times. I guess with banks its half staff, due to lack of science with Covid.

I am so glad I do not have to bank with Wells Fargo I just waited in line in the heat outside for 45 minutes because they only want to hire two tellers at 9o'clock in the morning when it's busy and make us wait outside. thank God I bank with Chase and they do not do that ...all I had to do was make one deposit into somebody else's account and took me 45 minutes ridiculous management needs to know more tellers need to be on board when things get like that and don't make your people wait outside in the heat!!!

It is just amazong that at 1:30 in the afternoon on a friday there is only one teller with 6 people in line. The manager is standing in the backgroind watching the one teller. Mean while the teller is talking to the customer about how her hair is growing. Meanwhile more people are standing in line. Horrible customer service

This bank is a joke. We scheduled an appt to add cards to our acct for our businesss and they over scheduled us and we have to wait. This is crappy service and a home of a bank, we been with this bank 20 years and use both of our business with this bank. At this point I and willing to close my acct. ok

Had to close out my accounts nothing to do with the employees or services just felt it was the right move every year I would get 4 service fees when I was up to date with accounts.

I'm not a fan of this location but due to the temporary closure of the Scott rd location I had no choice but to stop in. Everytime I've been here they are rude.

Please do not use Wells Fargo. They have not only used my money to pay someone else's property taxes, and not paid mine while doing so, but now have increased my mortgage payments by $1000 a month!!!! Because they did not sort out the escrow correctly! WORST MORTGAGE COMPANY EVER!!!! Please save yourself a headache and look elsewhere, even if they have a good deal! They are the absolute worst. Oh, and also, my 401 K that they have had access to has had money missing... something is seriously wrong with this company! I am beyond furious, all I can do is try to help others not make the mistake of using their company... please please please go anywhere else, absolute nightmare!!!!!!!

Came inside for a transaction. Only two tells.. stood in line for over 15 mins.. awful service. They need more employees.
