When I call there are so rude” may be short staffed Communication is minimal when u call all the guy says is if you have suspension issues to email smh and looking at the history of these reviews go back to over 7 years. Looks like these people that work there may be owners or good friends of the owners and will never get the proper training or consequences for bad customer service but still make the money and what shows is what they only care for they probably will give you a hard time to honor the warranty smh all bad there for a first timer on my side …..

Even though I couldn't order online and I had to call them, the process of calling them and putting my order in through the phone was really fast. I called the week of the SEMA show so they said they couldn't process my order til the following week. Sure enough, they called me back on the Monday after and put in my order. A week later, my parts arrived. FYI, I live in Hawaii and normally everything takes a while to get here... Not this time. Thanks Bulletproof!!! I also want to send a shout out to Daryl(aka "DH customz" and now known as "D's Automotive") thanks for coming back home to Hawaii my braddah.
