So far so good. I'm newly renting a unit but so far anything has been good. Good service. Good and friendly service in the office. I'm satisfied so far with everything. I wish they had one or two dumpsters on each end of the units for their renters to utilize but other than that all good so far.

The flood was a disaster. I lost almost so much almost 1/2 of my storage unit. Family pictures that can never be replaced. My Computer system and the speakers that are filled with water. 2 large suit caes filled with expensive office dress clothes soaked with all the way through with mildew forming. My favorite leather boots my sister gave me mildew forming. Box after Box soaked through with water damage. But the staff was so nice and understanding and went out of their way to help where they could. I have always had a positve experience with the Staff at Merced Mini Storage. I have been a customer for just under 3 years and should I ever need to store anything again I know exactly where I will go back to, Merced Mini Storage. Thank you.
