Don't ever expect them to be open or have your package when you go to pick up. Clerk takes long lunches and forgets they have your packages or returns them to sender because no one was notified it was there, always a guessing game with them 🤷🏼♂️

Seriously just go to Twain Harte. They say they'll hold mail for 14 days but send it back after a day. Terrible customer service.

They do a very good job. They go out of their way to be helpful, even when some mail has a street address. Since we have no home mail delivery in Miwuk Village that can be quite a challenge.

I've had nothing but good friendly service with this location. They have always helped me out with anything I needed. In fact just recently I sent something out of country an they helped me fill out the form an made sure it was done right.

Their customer service with the passports are horrible and our very expensive cruise may have to be canceled at our expense because they took the photos wrong.
