Called to make sure they are still open during the closures. Was told “we are still open because we don’t care about a virus”. Disgusting people, look elsewhere for your own safety and sanity

HORRIBLE !!! DON'T Go Here Booked truck in advance and they called me less than 24 Hours to inform me that my reservation was cancelled because they didn't have the truck. Worst customer service ever wouldn't even help find another truck GO TO PENSKE RENTAL MIDWAY CITY THEY WERE AWESOME AND GOT US A TRUCK FAST FOR TOMORROW
