I brought in a family heirloom I was really nervous about updating and taking apart. Janet took the time to understand the vision of the update while respecting the history of the piece. Her years of experience helped put my mind at ease where I trusted her insight. I had a lot of fun redesigning this piece and will be going back for all my diamond and jewelry needs! I went in looking for a fantastic birthday gift for my fiance and Janet couldn't have been more helpful and consultative throughout the process. Completely worth the direct and personal approach versus some of those name brand retailers that provide a very basic level of service to the masses. Super extensive selection as well. Janet was incredibly helpful when I was looking for earrings for my significant other. Worst customer service ever. I was ready to buy a pair of earrings and was at the desk with my credit card in hand to pay. They were exactly what I had been searching for. Janet the owner was behind the desk, and saw a new customer at the front of the store. Instead of saying " I'd be HAPPY to HELP you ; let me ring this customer up, Janet left the desk to go to the other customer, who then said the store was probably over her price range. I thought she'd come back to the me, but then Janet got the key and opened the case to show her the piece which was several thousand over her price range. I was totally ignored. I was so upset I didn't care about the earrings and walked out.

WOW WOW WOW! Chanson is a talented jeweler! I had an old ring my mother gave me back when I was a younger man, and she took the ring and re-invented it! It still has some of the same features but it felt great to give it a new look. I am happy with her work and impressed by her talent.

I was always intimidated by the whole process of buying designer jewelry. All that changed when I met Emma. She eased me through the entire process, working attentively and patiently with my ideas to create the ring of my dreams - literally! I value this ring more than any other piece of jewelry because not only is it the most beautiful piece I own, but I think of how special and pleasant the process of working with Emma was. I had some old jewelry that I never wore with some beautiful and sentimental stones. Janet was so patient with me helping me select which pieces we could remake into something new and wonderful. And most importantly, something I would actually wear! She even recognized that the stone I had inherited from my grandmother could look even better with a polish. And Wow! What a difference! This Team gets it done right! Fantastic Custom Work! I have been working with Janet and her team to put together a custom ring to honor my Aunt.
