Unfortunately Brooke, who I couldn't possible adore more, is no longer with Miller & Mane. I called multiple times over the last few weeks and never got an answer or response. Sadly it seems like the salon may be on the downhill under new management.

See Rebecca!! You won't be sorry!! She's a true master of her craft. I went and had an idea of what I wanted but welcomed her advise and input, as she is the expert after all, and she delivered! The salon itself is clean, cozy and has a shabby chic vibe.

In this world of hyperboles, I am tempted to avoid writing a review with them. BUT, Sarah gave me the BEST haircut I have had in decades. I have combination wavy and curly hair above the shoulder and anyone with hair like that knows how tricky getting a good cut is. Cut it wet, cut it dry...what to do? Sarah knows what to do. Thank you very much Sarah!

I have been seeing Becca at Miller and Mane for over a year now. She is an EXPERT at her craft. I've never had a more perfect blonde color or style. Every time I go see Becca I leave the salon feeling like a million bucks! She did my extensions for my wedding and I felt like a true queen. All the other stylists in the salon are wonderful too they are truly the beer in the biz. Everyone is so fun and professional and everyone's work is top notch. Love the attention to detail and efficiency of their work. I have recommended the ladies at Miller and mane to all my friends and family. You won't be disappointed because they are the best in Marin County. Thank you Miller and Mane gals!!! Book your appointments ahead of time because they fill up fast! I usually book out with Becca because she is in high demand!

I was an avid fan of this salon until a student called one Sunday night and told me about a cancellation. I told her I was interested and asked about the services if I agreed to be a model for her. I did not confirm the time, cost nor services to be booked nor did I agree to come the next day. The student then charged me FULL PRICE for the missed appointment she herself booked to fill her schedule. She was downright NASTY and RUDE to me on the phone. The Owner was contacted repeatedly but refused to address the matter. I called back three times speaking with different receptionists while the Owner REFUSED to address their miscommunication. This salon does not care ONE IOTA about their "customers" who they do not treat as "clients". They told me if I did not pay I could not come back. It is wrong to charge customers for missed appointments they never confirmed nor agreed to and even worse to disregard clients after committing such wrongful acts. Do yourself a favor and go to DO Salon or Cooper Alley where they know how to treat clients with courtesy, respect, and even common decency.

Wonderful find it's always so tough to make a change when we moved to Sausalito from SF it was best switch I've ever made! Everyone in the shop was lovely to my daughter and I, we are both so please with the highlights and cut!! My new hair shop for years to come!!

This is an overdue review for Rachel at Miller and Mane. I just had my second cut with her, and I am LOVING it. I have extremely thick hair, and she has done wonders in bringing it more movement and lightness. Rachel is also great about discussing the pros and cons of certain styles for my hair and always works with my request for a low-maintenance styling routine (i.e. Can I just let it air dry?!). In short, Rachel is a great listener and skilled stylist. The salon is lovely, too!!
