Called and asked if any sales were coming up. They said no, I placed an order and then 6 days after I received it, the isale began. I asked them for a refund of the difference and they refused. Extremely unprofessional, shortsighted and unethical.

Do NOT order this product. It’s not a Wonder Fix for aging skin and once they hook you they continue to send product and charge outrageous amounts for it. ALSO, being in Canada, DHL delivery charged an extra $14.52 just because….they called it customs and excise taxes on their own sticker but Canada Post told me that it was not a Customs sticker so DHL “created” this fee defrauding me and any other Canadians under the guise of government fees. DO NOT ORDER THIS.

I bought their chebula extreme cream. I put it on at night and the next day my eyes were swollen. I have emailed them to get a refund but no response. Also messages them on Instagram but nothing. Don’t recommend.

Honestly I had high hopes but the pure radiance oil literally sucked out whatever moisture I had in my face. I kept used it for 5 days hoping things would improve but it literally has the opposite impact. My skin looked like I had never used a moisturizer ever.

Beware! The True Botanicals company has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. They cancelled my order without timely notification, and when I emailed (the ONLY form of communication) to ask why, the response was: "...unfortunately your order was cancelled due to suspicion of fraud...go ahead and resubmit the order..." I was looking forward to trying the $$$ products, but under the circumstances I won't be using hem after all. I truly do not trust the validity of the True Botanicals company, customer service or products.

I ordered the Renew Pure Radiance Oil on October 19th.. Have not received my order, I have tried to contact someone at the company several times and have gotten the run around.. Would NOT recommend ordering from this company!

So the products got here. And I've tried them and they are 5 stars. The reason I an updating from 1 star customer service to 3 star is because the product is fantastic but the customer service and getting it here was not so great. I'm in Canada it shouldn't be a big deal. I contacted The Detox Market and told them about the product and suggested they carry it. Then I could get it without the hassle or stress.

I recently tried to make an order and received an error message when placing it. Though the money was taken out right away. I tried to contact corporate but the number is disconnected. Than I read this is out of business. I emailed them but didn't really get any reply. I messaged them on Instagram and didn't get much help either. I was really excited to order their products but I wouldn't order anything from them since everything was so shady. Luckily the money went back to my account but this was a $160 purchase.

.....i am unable to provide a review of True Botanical products, because my order remains in an "UNFULLFILLED" status. No response for a week from their "customer support". An outstanding quality product, should be followed by ..... customer care.

I bought my first product, the sugar body scrub because of a celebrity endorsement, Ashley Graham. I fell in love with it, so began to purchase other skin care products. The radiance oil, loved. The nutritive cleanser, loved. The chebula, still waiting to see if it lives up to the hype. Recently, ordered the eye serum, the radiance body oil, the vitamin C supplement, and a free gift of nutritive mist thrown in. Here comes the problems. order placed in late February. This company uses DHL to ship partial way, then the USPS picks up and gets it to the final destination. My order has been sitting in Grand Prairie TX since 3/4/21. 11 days, still no products. This order is over $200. I sent an email to TB, filled out their 'contact' form. I get a short reply back to basically, keep waiting, and here is 10% off your next order. A few more days pass, so sent another one. No response back. So, sent another today. I find their phone number by google search, that number is now disconnected. I find another number with different search, and it is full, taking no voice messages. I then look up their full business account, and there are only 3 people in the whole company!! Now another review says their who shop is closed. Looks like I just lost $200. WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T PLACE AN ORDER WITH THEM!! If they are still taking orders, it is a scam. PS - Olivia Wilde, their celebrity endorser, is a major investor.

I have sent 3 emails to this company and they have not answered my question. No phone number. Trying to charge me 27 dollars to return an item from my to ca. Won’t tell me why and it does not state that in the return policy. Giving them one more shot and then calling my credit card company. Would not recommend ordering as customer service is terrible

Out of business! Just came all the way downtown because the website says they're open (hours updated last week). The store is completely empty. The phone number is disconnected. It is frustrating when a business doesn't take time to keep customers updated.

I have combination skin, so I was skeptical. These products smell great, help control adult breakouts, and my face isn't flaky or dry anymore. I use the clear cleanser, and clear oil on most of my face, but I use renew oil on my forehead. I just had a facial the other day, and I was told that I have great skin, and that whatever I'm doing is working for me. I'm 38.

WORST customer service ever. Do not order from this company. They may have a 30 day guarantee, but you are not going to hear back from them, so it does not matter.
