The Urgent Care team dealt with the symptoms but, first, did all the testing needed to make sure that it was not a more serious issue such as thrombosis.In all cases, the doctors distinguish themselves by explaining the context of the situation and the options so that we can participate in the process intelligently. The nurses and scheduling staff are kind and helpful.”

“After my primary doctor retired and suggested me to pick 3 colleagues to be my primary treating physician. Of the 3 physicians I chose Dr. Alice Yan. I didn’t review any of the 3 doctors since looking for a primary physician was my priority. Doctor Yan has been my physician for almost a year and she’s demonstrated to me that she is concern about my health. I will be 69 yrs old this year and looking for a good doctor as your primary treating physician is so difficult but the medical providers in Northern California isn’t accepting new patients. I was really fortunate to have Dr. Yan accept me as a new patient. That tells me that the doctors in this state - especially in the inner cities are overwhelmed by all the patients they have. It’s not going to get any better for us patients. We just need to know our medical professionals are doing their best to keep our health in check.”

“I have seen Dr Tam for years. I followed Dr Tam and Dr Howard from their previous practice. I've always felt in good hands with Dr. Tam. I've always felt very cared for. He is a compassionate man, and very well trained and educated. In fact, when my two sons aged out of their pediatrician I encourage them to establish a relationship with Dr. Tam I think that says it all... when a mother puts her children's care in the hands of a doctor it means something. My children are away at school but try to hold medical appointments until they are home or schedule telemedicine appointments. I also encouraged my fiancé to see Dr. Tam.”
