This is my first time shopping here in a long long time. The line moves super super slow. They have two people at the registers and they take so long to ring people up. They work like slugs here. They need to open up more cash registers. I've been in line so long that I was able to write this review thirty minutes into waiting in line. I will never ever shop at this store again. To spend one hour in line to save a few dollars is not worth it. This store is absolutely horrible. Do not come here! You've been warned. I will keep writing until they ring me up. I might end up writing a ten page thesis statement cause that's how long it's taking. I could literally find a cure to cancer with the amount of time I've been waiting. I'm waiting so long and feel so warm and uncomfortable it's not even funny. The store is the worse experience I have had in my life. Please stay far far away from this store. They need to hire some more people because I've been waiting a lifetime.

Cashier Martha is a cashier very unprofessional spends more time having private conversations than doing her job spent almost a hour in line so she can flirt with a older gentlemen also tried to buy my son a Christmas cup that was supposed to be on sale and refused to sell it because she said it scanned and the price was to cheap.

The store is very good, but there are very few cash registers. Yesterday I had to leave without purchasing anything because the queues were very long.

worst experience ever we had with my family. First fitting rooms were closed and was impossible to try anything on. Second store was completely understaffed and was not holidays flow ready. Third we have to spent around 2 hours for cash register line. It was only 3 working out 12 available. Very poor experience

This is the update: Burlington store manager and the cashier Huang at Great Mall location on Jan-2-24 kept saying "We cannot take it back because we cannot resell it". I did not want to waste time with them so I went to another location and was treated very nice. The other location of Burlington took the return and refunded me. Bottom line: it is not Burlington's policy that the item cannot be returned but the problem is the attitude of 2 persons at Great Mall locations: cashier Huang and store manager. They took it so personally and got a bad attitude towards shoppers who return items. They ruined Burlington's reputation and I strongly suggest that they need to be retrained!

Endured an excruciatingly long wait at Burlington, particularly disheartening on a busy weekday. After enduring almost 2-3 agonizing hours standing in line, the sellers failed to expedite checkouts, compounding the frustration. The absence of separate lines for those with fewer items intensified the already worst experience. The sheer inefficiency and lack of organization in the checkout process have left me utterly dismayed. This level of frustration ensures I won’t be returning to this store. Urgent and drastic improvements to the checkout process are desperately needed.
