As much as. I love a good deal. I will pass. This stuff has leather that is worse than the old common Wilson leather that was on sporting equipment in my youth. Although I have been inspired recently to review away and share my views! Thank a "local" for "getting" involved and reminding me about reviews and this location.

Went there to get GirlFriend her present a few days before Christmas. GirlFriend picked out what she wanted, went good. Purse and Boots, all good. Several remarks: scan the QR code for the store so you can look up items; selection was good - lots of real leather items available, not just plastic; staff was helpful and offered help w/o being asked.

We love this store and we are regular customers of this store but there was this employee her name is Chia she was being so sarcastic and asked us how long we are here for like seriously we are here from are shopping and this is who you guys treat your customers? Thanks to the manager who actually listened to our problem.

Agree with Olzhas! The cashier ruined my whole experience! Was folding up the ‘’2‘’ Tissue papers that she gave me and putting it in my bag and she told me to step aside for the next person. It didn't even took a min to do that ..seriously..that was very rude and unprofessional Majorie!!

Disrespectful staff that lacks a lot of training on customer care.Wanted to exchange a bag i got as a gift, each store tells you a different policy. One of the staff members told us the price while we were looking for the item we wanted to exchange with. When we got to the register, they told us we couldn't exchange it, then one of the store managers was extremely unprofessional, and said " Our staff is trained, no way she told you that price" as if we were lying to her to get a higher price for the exchange, and she said we can only exchange it with its lowest price.Grabbed my bag and left the store as they were very disrespectful. Not entering this store or buying this brand again.

I went to the store today (Friday)at 10am when they are supposed to be open. Waited till 15 after 10am store still not open. I called and someone answered the phone said wait a few more mints didn't tell me why before hanging up. It was almost 10:20am when its finally opened, there were few customers and about 5 salespeople walking around the store chatting and not helping customers.The manager lady didn't seem bothered by the 5 customers waiting in line and she was just casually typing on a register didn't offer help or get other to help out the only guy who worked the register.I shop there quite a bit for employee gifts, but the service has been getting worse and worse. I guess it's because it's an outlet, so they don't really care about customer service.

Helpful staff. Two people helped us while we were there. Good selection and great discounts. We were shopping for a friend and the sales person was OK with us sending her photos of the handbags so that she could make her own selection. Ultimately we were able to buy what our friend wanted so everyone was happy.

I need some service on my Coach bag that I bought two or three years ago and Coach Customer Service said I could take it to any Coach store for help. But the manager at Great Mall said since it was bought at the outlet (actually I bought it at Macy’s) that I didn’t pay the full price they don’t do the service and she said it with very bad attitude. She didn’t even explain that I can actually just send it back to Repair workshop in New Jersey! So unprofessional and rude manager!

Literally being targeted as soon as I walked in with my cousin, with no acknowledgment of us both coming in yet there was two men at the front. To go to looking at bags and already another associate hovering right behind like a creep asking if we're doing ok or we need help. Told her I'm looking around but had a pick up and most annoying says oh it's over there. Meanwhile there's people on live literally just showing all bags like influencers. before picking up my order I got hovered over when I chose a card slot. It's ridiculous. At check out, although no one helped me he still put someone name so they got credit. Unacceptable. I'm in work clothes looking casual yet as a consumer it's sad and regretful that I even bought something. Like do better.

Big shout out to Kazandra! She was super helpful in helping me find a purse that I wanted. I told her I wanted the Nolita 19 and she showed me all the different designs as well as the Nolita 15. I ended up with a purse that I really liked and I am so happy with my purchase. Thanks again!
