Guess customer care, please stop responding to every feedback with your default message asking customers to call. Act on the feedbacks instead.Store closes at 9pm but entry was blocked even at 4pm. Manager agreed to open the barrier for me but it looked like a favor.For making a return of a shirt worth 15$, cashier wanted me to enter phone number. Cashier groaned when I asked why is a phone number required when I am presenting a valid receipt. Manager jumped in and said they can’t accept returns without phone number. They needed my last name as well. I am not even a member of Guess. I didn’t understand but gave in.Cashier continued with a clear look of frustration. Asked me for card. I said I may not have original payment method handy and if it’s possible to just return to original form of payment. He responds “you are over complicating things”. I said “sorry?”. He responds “Yes! You” .I finished my return and went to the manager to report the behavior. I received a nod.I left the store feeling so badly treated for no known reasons. Other reviews are confirming that I am not the only one.Guess clearly isn’t taking any action. I hope Great Mall does.

Second time I've went here in 3 months and just like the last time I was unable to enter the store. There were like 6 customers shopping inside the store. Today I stood at the entrance waiting to enter for about 10 minutes before I left and while I stood there waiting to be acknowledged NUMEROUS customers walked up behind me, saw they couldn't get in either and left. Imagine how much business is being turned away... Crazy!

Worst store ever. They are never letting us enter. Seems like staff doesn’t want to work. They always have customers waiting outside. Also fitting rooms are always closed. This store should change the staff or shut down.

i’m very disappointed when i was this store,.. sales lady she is not friendly, i was looking was size that am going buy and the lady she’s so grumpy and never assist me… Very bad experience and i’m not from this country i just visiting,.. Very poor service

Worst, worst,worst manager (if he was the manager!!!) Worst customer service, I love guess brand but the person named himself the manager has to be lay off for sure, and get trained for basic manner and attitude, he has a long way to go to be even a sale person!!!!!I never ever go to this store at this mall again!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Staff is so un co operative, I called in before coming, they said that they r open until 7pm. When I reach at 6:30pm, they said they have a glitch in the system and started closing the doors. I told them I can wait as I came driving 30 mins, they said up to you. After 10 mins I come back and they r like the glitch is fixed but we can not restart the system, as it’s almost closing time? Amazingly UNFRIENDLY staff, they shudnt b in customer service.

Today, Jan.27,2023 I had the worth customer service, horrible! Two young guys, sales people, refused to help me with a small problem. They were extremely unprofessional and rude. I was the only one customer in the store.

I called g by guess store and asked for a leather jacket with ribbed cuffs but the manager nor the sales associate were not helpful in identifying my style. Never will I go to this store location

Horrible service, the moment they seen we were going to try on clothes the dressing rooms were “closed”. Interesting how they only told us. We still bought the items but I can’t help to wonder who hired and trained this people on customer service. They clearly are not happy at what they do not do they care based on the many reviews with the same issue and same name. If you don’t like your job find one that you like. Thanks Jennifer.

Worst customer experience.I was there to return the gift but they denied store credit , had a terrible experience.The store manager was so rude. I will never shop here or let my friends buy for me from this store.
